This property is exceptional to be honest, when we have arrived, we were welcomed by the receptionist who speaks English very well and was very kind. We have entered the room and they were very kind to write a warm welcome note with complementary strawberries and nuts which was a very kind gesture. The room was very spacious with quite large bathroom, very clean room and comfortable, the TV attached to the wall was big and has Netflix, which was really enjoyable for us. The breakfast was amazing, variety was good, staff at the restaurant were very accommodating and kind to provide us tea and coffee whenever we ask for it. The property location was near to the exit, which makes easy to tour the Asian side of Istanbul.

Beautiful area with lots of cafes and promenade. Subway and ferries are walking distance. We had a room with a window overlooking the garden, it was quiet. The room is very cozy. Friendly staff.

The breakfast was excellent with choice of eggs made to order, breads, cheeses, jams, veggies, olives, etc. The hotel is in a great location in Kadikoy, close to the bus station, ferry, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

The owners were super helpful and kind. Great location close to everything. Tea and coffee in the morning + filtred water whenever you need :)) I am very happy we choosed Tilas this time :))

The decor is sleek, clean lines and wonderful flooring. It feels good being in a well lit, clean but basically decorated room (no unnecessary clutter). The bed was so comfy and the sheets and duvet spotless and good quality. Great location - just a 3 minute walk to the main walkway. Across the street is a nice Organic cafe. I had no problem with street noise even though I was on the first floor. Its easy for me to be in city sounds even though I live in the countryside. The staff are warm and friendly and helped with all my questions and needs (taxi called - food ordered). Someone did there research on how to build and run an urban hotel for success! Job well done!
