Style, atmosphere, very comfortable and spacious rooms, every day free bottled water in the room, good breakfast, amazing location - close to all attractions, easily accessible by Uber, and above all so friendly and helpful staff! People were really amazing! Especially, we are thrilled with Nuria from Travel desk who really is so pleasant and kind, assisted with booking restaurants, transport from and to airport, gave us tips and advices for tours and how to navigate some locations! As well as the guy at the reception the afternoon we arrived, on Friday 29th, not sure of the name but gave us all the info, was willing to meet our room change requirement, had great sales speech recommending room service menu etc etc

Right in the CBD and walking distance to everything but tucked away to avoid noise. Staff extremely helpful despite last minute late booking. Fantastic old building being carefully restored with big comfortable bed and large shower room. Tea and coffee facilities in room.

El Rouge on Rose es un hotel boutique de 4 estrellas que goza de una ubicación céntrica en el distrito Bo Kaap de Ciudad del Cabo, a poca distancia a pie del centro de la ciudad y del V&A Waterfront. The staff were all great. Michele on reception was especially informative about Cape Town and the waiter on breakfast (sorry can't remember his name) was hilarious with his dry sense of humour. Breakfasts were very tasty. Lovely spacious room with individual decor - a true boutique hotel.
