The house is even more beautiful in real life. I will never forget it. I think I told Assi how much I loved it too many times :) Assi was the most helpful host, he was very friendly, curious to know about my trip, he even picked me up from the station when I unfortunately missed the train. And dropped me off to the bus stop when I wanted to visit the near village. I hope to visit it again in future. Thank you again, thank you very much.

There were great snacks avaliable for purchase at a good price which was an added bonus.

Lively pets around, which was a welcomed change :) A 30 min walk from Gifu JR, hosts happily dropped us to the station at checkout. I believe you can organise pick up and drop off with the host. Regardless, a 30 min walk on flat ground is completely possible and should not deter anyone. However there is a local line which is 13 min walk from the house.

Good to know: you can not bathe at the guesthouse. I was a bit scared of using the Onsen at first, but ended up loving it. The hosts are such nice people. They made my stay even better, thank you so much.

The property is non-smoking and is located 41 km from Japan Taisho Village. this is the perfect stay in mag stay in magma. our host was incredibly friendly and made our stay very comfortable, giving us recommendations on where to eat and what to do during our stay. he also booked us a dinner spot at a local Michelin recommended restaurant we would have never found without him. the dinner was a chef private course and is highly recommended. the room was huge and felt very cozy. the shower and washing machine were a great delight to use. very clean and comfy. the location could have not been more perfect. right in the center of old-town magome. being able to walk alone on the streets in the morning before the first bus arrives is a truly priceless experience we had thanks to our stay here. would stay again!
