We’ve celebrated Max’s 60th birthday and this night is one of the most memorable nights I’ve ever had in my backpacking experience. The host also helped us to rent a car during the busiest days of Obon week. We are truly grateful! Thank you so much, Max and Shiori (and Happy!!) !!! Indeed a wonderful experience. Ishigaki Island is 1.2 km from the hostel. The nearest airport is New Ishigaki Airport, 11 km from the property. loved the guesthouse. It’s beautifully designed inside. The shower was really big. Rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. Andy and Haruko are amazing hosts. The snorkelling tour is worth it, we saw sharks, turtles and snakes. Best guesthouse we’ve stayed in so far
