A huge applaus to the housekeeping and grounds staff who keep this place looking clean and orderly inside and out. On top of that they offer a nice greeting and always respond kindly to little questions. We loved being so close to the beach and hopping in the pool when we needed some down time.

Located just 2 minutes’ walk from the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum, this adult-only inn features free parking and a shared outdoor swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi is also available. best place. love it! nice people, good clean, wonderful space.

Located in Key West, this Florida adult-only inn offers complimentary, light continental breakfast and free Wi-Fi access. Amazing historic location in the middle of the old town. Super tranquil environment with lots of orchids, flowers, palm trees in the garden. 4 nice pools and very beautifully restored rooms and cottages. Also good breakfast provided every morning and amazing hosts either great tips for trips, i.e. the sunset sailing boat cruise! Thanks to the great team at Simonton for making our stay so great.

Located in Key West, 1.5 km from Higgs Beach, The Porch on Frances Inn provides air-conditioned rooms and express check-in and check-out. Jeff and Belinda are great. They gave as a really warm welcome and were really caring and helpful during our stay. Jeff and Belinda alone would be worth to come to this place. The room and bathroom was very clean. The furnitures and other stuff in the room were carefully selected to fit in this renovated house with its lovely history. We can highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Key West.

Absolutely a hidden gem. We loved this hotel. Great room with a special 'thing'. There were lots of details that made this hotel exceptional like e.g. beach towels or cooled water bottles.
