We stayed for a total of 9 nights in Romlan; in two different rooms. Where to start with the things we liked? First of all, the staff of Romlan is very friendly and helpful. They even helped us with calling and getting to the local pharmacy to get some medicines for sickness (one of us got ill and they called the pharmacy that was closed due to the Sunday Service and they opened up the pharmacy for us). The food and drinks of their own restaurant were amazing and very tasty & variable; good price value as well! The location of Romlan is also good: the boat drops you off at their pier and all the things in Tuk Tuk are on walking distance. The views from the rooms and restaurant are amazing. If you want to hire a scooter bike you can without signing for anything and you don't have to fuel up the tank (when you get the bike, the tank is full). A free refill water station is available and also some tips & tricks about the surroundings of Romlan and the transport options from Lake Toba to other places like Berastagi or Medan. Definitely recommended to book your stay at Romlan when you are looking for a place to stay in Tuk Tuk.

All is good, just tired with roosters at the early morning! Near accommodation you find best restaurant with life music in the evening, owner was friendly and helpful! Price is so nice!

Set in Tuk Tuk, Leokap Homestay has free WiFi throughout and a garden to relax. Rooms are fitted views and a private bathroom with a shower. Guests can enjoy daily breakfast. Lovely, big, clean room Breakfast was delicious, they have an excellent value package with lots to choose from The staff were so friendly:)

I loved this place! We had the room in front of the lake and it was just perfect :) The garden is so beautiful, the water in front is so peaceful and the family is so nice!

Lovely and cozy guesthouse. Fantastic food with great view to the lake. Very friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely come again.

The Boat Homestay and Spa ตั้งอยู่ในบาลิเกของภูมิภาคสุมาตรา และให้บริการที่พักพร้อมที่จอดรถส่วนตัวฟรี ทุกยูนิตมีระเบียงพร้อมวิวทะเลสาบ The Boat Homestay and Spa มีบริการลานระเบียง หาด Lumban Bul Bul... this place is really underrated, to the point that i need the urge to tell everyone that this place is actually an amazing place. if you like nature, then you can take a rest here. the view is amazing, far from the crowd, and you will get semi private vibes here even when this place next to the main road. you will hear the river sound under your room, and wind blow from the trees in front of your room. when it's in the morning, came to the spa lobby to have a breakfast. bird chirping and the sunrise will welcome you there. the staff is really amazing, very friendly and wouldnt hesitate to help you. the room is really clean, and they have a hot water too!

Gokhon Guest House อยู่ในตุกตุกและมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับทำบาร์บีคิว เกสต์เฮาส์ 1 ดาวนี้มีสวนและพื้นที่ชายหาดส่วนตัว รวมทั้งอินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สาย (WiFi) ฟรี... Friendly owner and we can rent the motorcycle from owner. Beautiful and clean garden.But blanket material is not user friendly for sinus patient.
