With a wonderful, in-town location only a mile from the ocean beach, this ground-floor condo in Wells will give you the Maine summer experience you've always had in mind. You'll spend your days swimming, collecting seashells, antiquing, and riding bikes, and come home to a simple, open living space, a complete kitchen where you can fix dinner each evening, and a small sitting area out front where you can sip wine and swap stories at golden hour. Back inside, the open living space features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a two-person dining table, all of them near a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable. There is also a partial A/C unit to provide a more comfortable stay. The bedroom available features a ceiling fan and its own flatscreen TV for snuggly afternoons or nights at home. The full bathroom has a convenient tub/shower combo. There are two shared gas grills available to guests in the central area near the pool. This inviting condo community is located on Post Road (Route 1) in central Wells, surrounded by a number of restaurants, antique stores, and a Hannaford Supermarket down the road.
