This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This beachfront cozy condo has a balcony with great views. Two pools and a hot tub. It is fully loaded with all the supplies you need to start your memorable family vacation! This is a secured gated community, with covered parking. The Lexington Air Craft Carrier Museum and Aquarium are just a mile away, as are restaurants, surf shops. Padre Island and Mustang Island are a quick driving distance. This cozy condo has 1 queen bed in the bedroom, child sized bunk beds in the hall, and a love seat sleeper. The kitchen is cozy, but packed full of all the dishes, pots pans and supplies needed. The condo complex is a very secure gated community, with 24/7 security guards on duty. Guest must pay for the gate key at the front office. There is a punch code for the front door. There are 2 pools and a hot tub. Laundry facilities are on each floor. Parking is available under the buildings. Guests must check in at the condo’s front office in order to enter this gated community, night time check ins are ok too. Pick up a gate key card from the office at check in.

My wife and I are a quiet couple who love to travel and love the beach. We are almost retired and enjoy our time making new memories. We have 2 grown children who we love and adore. We also have our furry children too.

The condo is located in the North Beach section of Corpus Christi right on the bay. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, along with the Texas Aquarium and USS Lexington Air Craft Carrier. Down town Corpus Christi is just across the bridge with the art museum, and civic center. The marina area downtown has amazing views and restaurants available. Close driving distance to Padre Island National Sea Shore and Mustang Island. We love to bring our kayaks and paddle around the estuaries. The water is clear in the estuaries, so you can see the fish and rays swim right under the kayak. On days when the wind is calm, we can put our kayaks right in the water in front of the condo and paddle around the bay. You can paddle right up to the Lexington Air Craft Carrier Museum. This is our family’s personal vacation destination. We have absolutely fallen in love with Corpus Christi, Texas!
