One large bedroom with open beam Ceilings, which captures the design of its time, 1950 midcentury. One bath with a tub, a huge open plan living room that provides 360 views. As part of our sustainable tourism efforts, we support our local community , therefore this cabin is named after, a famous local and world artist, Chuck Caplinger. His signature artwork is displayed in the cabin. Furthermore, a series of his paintings were featured in Southwest Art Magazine, and his “Tribute to Marilyn” mural was exhibited in the Hollywood Entertainment Museum in Los Angles. This quaint cabin is decorated in south Western tones, in color and aesthetics. This property is not suitable for loud parties or large groups. Off road-vehicles, is not allowed on the property, or in the neighboring community.

Together with my team our intentions are for you to have a comfortable stay, that is enjoyable and relaxing in a quiet desert neighborhood. I have been part of this community for almost 15 years , I love hiking, and cooking . I am South African in nationality. My origins are east indian. 18 years ago, I emigrated from South Africa to the US. From childhood, I understood the dynamics of a small business, as my mum, uncles and grandparents were successful small business owners, in South Africa. Since moving to the US, I have developed a career in property management. I enjoy my work as I get to meet different cultures and people from all over the world.

About 1 mile away from the popular boys Scott trail (a popular hiking trail within Joshua Tree National Park).
