Shopping Mall Dania Pointe is 4 minutes away with restaurants, movies, shopping and much more and Oakwood Plaza is 5 minutes away, I-95 is just right there making it very easy to go to Miami (South) or Fort Lauderdale (North), the beach is just 7 minutes away from the property and there's a few Laundromats in the area
