Welcome to my recently updated, adorable 2bd 1ba home minutes from all the spectacular attractions Indy has to offer. I am away from home a ton due to work so it is my delight to be able to open my doors to you to enjoy the space I have so lovingly created. I take pride in keeping my place as comfortable as possible and are excited to let you feel right at home. I only ask that you respect and treat my home as if it were yours all while enjoying your stay in this lively city of Indianapolis!

I'm Laura! I travel a lot for work and have been an airbnb user since the beginning. I want to open my home to travelers in the Indy area to enjoy my centrally located home as if it were theirs. I hope to bring what I have experienced as a guest now as a Host so you can experience a pleasant stay at my place! I am a traveler myself that loves to meet people and emerge in different cultures. I enjoy wine, books, coffee shops, and ping pong. I will be available to communicate with at any time during your stay for any questions, concerns or suggestions. I will be working while you enjoy the comfort of my home but will be available through Airbnb communication.

To be completely transparent, it is no Carmel! This area is up and coming with many homes being updated and renovated giving the area a fresh look. However, it is a working class neighborhood and it comes with some characteristics. There is construction happening on a major road called Morris which can get annoying as you make your way to and from the home. Thankfully there are plenty of alternative roads to avoid any major headaches. l've never had an issue coming from/to the airport and making my way to/ from Downtown. I absolutely love my neighbors and the people I've came in contact with while living here. They are kind, hard working and everyone keeps to themselves. Sometimes I see people walking by, wave hello, and they keep it moving. It has become strange to see people actually out and about nowadays but it is still very much a community feel around here. As long as you are respectful and mind your own, I have not had any issues whatsoever as a female residing alone in this area. On the contrary, l've came across more kindness here than in the major city I used to live in. Please respect my neighbors and be mindful of any noise during quiet times (11pm-7am).
