This is a very quiet and mature neighborhood that was the most desirable and sought out zip code in Las Vegas in the 70s and 80s. This upscale community was home to headline entertainers, mobsters, doctors and attorneys. While Vegas has grown and spread deeper across the valley, this area remains a historic gem that is the closest you can get to all of the action, while still offering a peaceful retreat to escape the real world. You'll have ample parking at the property. The garage is used for storage but there is enough parking in the driveway and in front of house to accommodate all guests.
