This apartment is situated in a contemporary building equipped with all the essential amenities: a rooftop pool, an outdoor barbecue area, a fitness center, concierge service, and free parking. The place has everything needed to ensure your stay is memorable and comfortable. You'll be located in the heart of Midtown, within walking distance of shopping centers, stores, and restaurants. Only 10 minutes to Miami Beach, 2 minutes to Wynwood, and 10 minutes to Brickell and Downtown. There is a 50 dollars per guest registration fee that has to be paid at the front desk (only for adults). All visitors after 11:00 pm are subject to an additional 50 dollars fee.
