It has deeded beach access right across the street, a fantastic pool and gazebo area, and 2 elevators. There are also 4 grills and picnic tables to enjoy with your guests or to make new friends. The master offers a queen bed with under drawer storage, a full dresser, a nightstand, flat screen tv and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
