Located in the heart of Greeley, this urban loft offers a beautiful space to get away and relax while being close to everything you could need or want! Our loft sits directly above historic Margie's Java Joint and across the street from UNC's Central Campus. You'll be minutes away from Downtown Greeley, Island Grove Regional Park, and several of Greeley's best local spots for food and drink.

The loft is situated above several local businesses. It is just a few blocks away from Downtown Greeley and directly across from UNC. The neighborhood has a vintage feel and there is plenty to walk to nearby. While there are plenty of cool spots to walk to nearby, Greeley is a fairly car-dependent city. There is a lot of parking near our loft, including 1 dedicated parking spot in a private lot for our guests.
