The complimentary breakfast that gave you choices was nice. The outside bar was very convenient and beautiful. Hotel was within walking distance of a good amount of attractions. Beautiful rooms with antique preserved fixtures in the bathrooms. Everyone was nice and it was very clean.

Did not like the fact that there was no included buffet breakfast. Glad that there were options at least. Evening bar snacks/sandwiches and beverages were a great idea. Bed was comfortable. Room large. AC worked well. good lighting.

Reserved room due to severe storm we had in houston. Home was damaged and we lost power. Reserved room so family could stay in comfort. 2 hours later power came back on and we tried to cancel. Booking.com said to call the property to see if they will waive fee. I called twice and sent 2 emails. No one responded and I was still charged
