How come I get a dirty room, the bed looked like someone just got out of the room, there was a dirty towel in the bathroom and dirty cups in the entrance of the room

Good last-minute place to stay. We were coming down to the area last min, and all the airbnb's were booked for the holiday weekend. The hotel was ok for a last min place to stay. Reminded me a lot of a step up from a motel 6. The shower latch didn't work didn't so we couldn't give our daughter a bath. Rooms have a mini fridge and small microwave, though, which is nice. Like I said, it's not a first place of choice but def works for a last min clean place to stay. Plus, hotel staff was more than willing to give us a late check out.

Irresponsible, they left me lying on Anna María Island without a hotel in the middle of Florida and during a festive long weekend. The hotel called to say that they didn't have a room for us, and they still charged the money; when I said I would go to the Hamptom hotel, the very rude person at the reception said that the police would throw me. I was disrespectful, they left me sleeping in the car and according to them I did not comply with the hotel conditions by not doing the clock in at more than 3:00 pm when I had received an email saying that I could do it between 3:00 pm and 12:00 at night. They are disrespectful rude and the worst thing is that they treat customers like garbage.
