    I like classic roadside motels, the Gator Den's rooms are some of the best. Nicely updated with hard surface floors and clean. It's located in a smaller town right on the river. The owner reserves a parking spot for you, right outside your room. Great experience, we would definitely stay here again.

    There has been a great rehabilitation at this motel and restaurant. The setting along the Rainbow River is wonderful. The staff is well versed in providing service and hospitality.

    We were meeting up with friends to tube and paddleboard on the Rainbow River. The Gator Den Motel was a convenient location at a fair price. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant was perfect for our needs. A few in our party rented a boat and enjoyed fishing on the rivers.

    I had always thought anted to stay at a “old Florida “ style motel. The Gator Den was perfect it had that “old Florida “ vibe but with upgraded and new modern rooms. I can’t not say enough about the fantastic staff from the moment of check in process to leaving. And the attached restaurant had some delicious food and the staff there was awesome

    The motel is an older style but upgraded and clean. Everyone was helpful. We also rented a pontoon boat. It was plenty big for our family. The beautiful Rainbow River was Amazing. We also went to eat at the Blue Gator bar and grill right off the water the food was excellent. Yummy Hush puppies. The waitress was very friendly. We had 15 people in our group. Everyone loved it!
