The host was super kind and had the patience to give us all the information to visit the city and nearby restaurants, they even gave us a free upgrade to a junior suite, the bed was so so comfortable and the bathroom with marblelike tiles just perfect, not to mention the size of the tv or the room itself.

Restaurants and bus stops all around the hotel. We used metro to travel to Hollywood and LA and Santa Monica beaches. Just 1h and 30 min ride in metro. The area is nice and quiet with decent people. Good for a family. They have the laundry just $4. The Ralph store is just across the road so you can buy all things you need.

The consistency of professionalism and kindness of the front deck - we encountered 3 staff during our 3 nights' stay; the clean, comfortable and modern room; and the walkable distance to the Disneyland that is actually very pleasant. I booked the single king room because there is the bunker bed for my daughter. She had a lot of fun climbing up and down, and couldn't wait to go to sleep at 19.30!! 😂
