The staff if very welcoming and friendly. Everything was perfectly clean. Was there for two nights with my wife to rest at the end of a long motorcycle trip. We really enjoyed the pool and all the the other amenity that were available.

The room was perfectly spaced out and had all the needed amenities. The day we visited was rainy so we stayed indoors mostly and we enjoyed the cosy feel the room provided.

Set in Greenport, 41 km from Splish Splash, Silver Sands Motel & Beach Bungalows offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a restaurant. It was a perfect stay! We enjoyed everything in the motel. It was so lovely! The location is stunning and peaceful, staff was really great, the room well equipped and designed and they pay a lot attention to details. We can also recommend the diner that belongs to the motel. Food has been great and we had a great time there. We just loved everything about this little gem! A perfect choice.

The GreyHaven is a wonderful place in Ithaca! This is a family run operation and they have renovated all the rooms! The outdoor facilities include Adirondack chairs around several fire pits and there's wood to start a fire too provided with the room. The attention of the owners was wonderful and I cannot express how accommodating they were. We went to Ithaca beer and the owner even offered to pick us up if necessary. Pick this "motel" for accommodations in Ithaca!!!!
