Everything was perfect about our stay. The staff is considerate, helpful, and full of good humour. This was by far the cleanest and most well-maintained hotel we stayed at in Egypt. The kitchen is well-stocked and free for use. The water and soft drinks are sold at market prices. Hamada and Mohammed are super helpful and well-informed. The dog is super quiet and well-behaved.

The location is in a tranquil nubian village on the west side of the Nile. If you're with the car, you easily exit on a highway towards the Aswan Dam of Abu Simbel. The courtyard is a traditional one, the room was big, clean and with a good wi-fi. The host was careful and the surroundings looked safe. We also parked the car at the gate front and it was ok. The breakfast was tasteful and we served it outside in the courtyard. On the evenings, the lights from the courtyard make a warm and nice atmosphere. A good value for money!

My recent stay at The Zen Wellness was exceptional, with impeccable service, outstanding food, and top-notch spa amenities that made my experience truly unforgettable The buffet breakfast has variety of food options, i never struggled to enjoy a good meal for breakfast also the set menu of dinner was AMAZING especially the location overlooking to river Nile . This was our second stay at the hotel. it was great. We asked for a late check out because of a change of schedule in our flight. The client relations person and the manager accepted it at no cost until 4pm! We could have lunch and use the fantastic pool. This hotel offers great customer service.
