Everything was perfect about our stay. The staff is considerate, helpful, and full of good humour. This was by far the cleanest and most well-maintained hotel we stayed at in Egypt. The kitchen is well-stocked and free for use. The water and soft drinks are sold at market prices. Hamada and Mohammed are super helpful and well-informed. The dog is super quiet and well-behaved.

The location is in a tranquil nubian village on the west side of the Nile. If you're with the car, you easily exit on a highway towards the Aswan Dam of Abu Simbel. The courtyard is a traditional one, the room was big, clean and with a good wi-fi. The host was careful and the surroundings looked safe. We also parked the car at the gate front and it was ok. The breakfast was tasteful and we served it outside in the courtyard. On the evenings, the lights from the courtyard make a warm and nice atmosphere. A good value for money!

It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life." The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. [Specific Ms Sara], at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and very helpful. Everyone was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome and valued.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Movenpick Aswan Resort Hotel. The complimentary boat ride was a unique and hassle-free experience with frequent shuttles. The cart service from the boat to the hotel was convenient. The personalized welcome reception, spacious and clean rooms, and the option for adjoining rooms for our family made our stay comfortable. The hotel's size was impressive, and while we couldn't explore it all, we were pleased with what we experienced. The attentive staff promptly addressed our requests and concerns, enhancing our overall experience. The family massage was a highlight, and the buffet dinner left us all delighted, especially the children. Even with an early morning flight, the hotel thoughtfully provided snacks for us to take along. I'm looking forward to returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.

My recent stay at The Zen Wellness was exceptional, with impeccable service, outstanding food, and top-notch spa amenities that made my experience truly unforgettable The buffet breakfast has variety of food options, i never struggled to enjoy a good meal for breakfast also the set menu of dinner was AMAZING especially the location overlooking to river Nile . 나일강변에 있어서 강을 느끼기에 좋고, 길 건너편에는 큰 전통시장이 기차역까지 이어져 있어서 여러 모로 편리했습니다. 도착한 날 석양 무렵에 무료로 배를 탈 수 있었던 것은 이 호텔을 정말 마음에 들게 하는 서비스였습니다. 새벽 출발 때문에 받은 조식 박스도 아주 푸짐해서 정성이 느껴졌습니다.
