A recently renovated guest house in Aswan, Arafa Nubian Guest house offers sun terrace, parking on-site and sports facilities. With mountain views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, a shared kitchen and currency exchange for guests.

The location is in a tranquil nubian village on the west side of the Nile. If you're with the car, you easily exit on a highway towards the Aswan Dam of Abu Simbel. The courtyard is a traditional one, the room was big, clean and with a good wi-fi. The host was careful and the surroundings looked safe. We also parked the car at the gate front and it was ok. The breakfast was tasteful and we served it outside in the courtyard. On the evenings, the lights from the courtyard make a warm and nice atmosphere. A good value for money!

The food here is VERY good, probably the best during my trip in Egypt. Everything was convenient, the reception was helpful and the atmosphere (not crowded like big resorts) are so incredibly relaxing.

I liked the flexibility and the hospitality the most, I felt very welcomed there and at home. They let me do my thing and allowed me to rest for most of the time. Breakfast was nice and healthy, it gave me a resort kind of feeling because of the nature and that it's located on a island. To top it up when I left they gave me a departing give, something to remember them by. I will definitely return to visit again.🙂

Good location, good beds, wide variety of breakfast (though not very continental, it caters more towards middle east breakfast). Roof terrace (with bar) has excellent views over the Nile and you can enjoy an evening there while having a drink. Pool in the roof was nice too. Outstanding service, all staff is extremely welcome and will do its best to make your stay comfortable.

I liked everything there. However, it was my mistake not to arrange for transportation with the resort. Local private taxi was not a good choice. The food and view were amazing and beyond imagination.

I am not a fussy person so that I am easy to please the room was clean it had coffee it had a tea kettle, shared kitchen area. This room does not have a private Bath but the bath in the Shared area is nice. The split AC is a luxury and I really am comfortable in these beds compared to some of egypts mattresses .for $27 it was wonderful and the breakfast was quite good too. Also I have stayed here several times and I've brought my son who was autistic who has a hard time with new places but he really likes it here
