They have no amenities other than they have an ocean front view...the location is great and close to a couple of awesome breakfast places.

The rooms were so clean and had everything we needed to make some meals on our own and enjoy the patio. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were available- nice touch. Having a dedicated parking spot is a plus in this hilly neighborhood. We were so close to the beach and many great restaurants.
