The location of the hotel and our room was beautiful and perfect, close to the beach and close tot the marina. The staff is amazing: special thanks to the lifeguards at the beach and jetty: Ahmed Shaban, Mahmoud Refay, Monaim. Also at the snackbar we had the best service from Ahmed Kemal (Mido) at the bar and Saied from the snacks. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful, especially Mohamed Fouad and Dana from guest relations, they both do a very good job. I don't know the name of the housekeeper but he did an amazing job, everything was very clean. I would in the first place come back for all the staff and their service, they feel like family members. And after this I would come back for the food and location/atmosphere. Everything is just amazing and we extended our stay when we were here.

Un hotel foarte bun, personalul extrem de atent, am avut camera delux este foarte mare, balcon frumos cu vedere la mare si piscine iar baia cu dresing este utila si spatioasa. Plaja si zona de piscine sunt superbe iar pentru cine face snorkeling este ideal hotelul, exista un golf unde chiar daca bate vantul poti innota. Restaurantele A la cart cat si restaurantul principal sunt foarte bune, cu preparate gustoase si variate. In plus poti juca tenis, volei iar seara sunt spectacole. Anul trecut am incercat Baron iar anul acesta si Rixos in Hurghada dar Alaya este peste ele.

Offering an outdoor pool and a private beach, The Oasis is located in Marsa Alam City. Free WiFi access is available in public areas. Beautiful located and really calm. No animation whatsoever.

Gemma Resort este situat pe plaja sa privată, oferind vedere la Marea Roșie. Complexul pune la dispoziție piscine interioare şi în aer liber, precum și centru de wellness. Our experience here was outstanding. When we got there, we had a confusion with the booking, which was our fault, and the hotel manager got out of his way to help us. He even offered us a romantic dinner at the beach to make our experience better. It is undoubtedly the best attention we have ever received in a hotel
