Facing the beachfront, Pickalbatros Sands Port Ghalib offers 5-star accommodation in Port Ghalib and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. The location of the hotel and our room was beautiful and perfect, close to the beach and close tot the marina. The staff is amazing: special thanks to the lifeguards at the beach and jetty: Ahmed Shaban, Mahmoud Refay, Monaim. Also at the snackbar we had the best service from Ahmed Kemal (Mido) at the bar and Saied from the snacks. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful, especially Mohamed Fouad and Dana from guest relations, they both do a very good job. I don't know the name of the housekeeper but he did an amazing job, everything was very clean. I would in the first place come back for all the staff and their service, they feel like family members. And after this I would come back for the food and location/atmosphere. Everything is just amazing and we extended our stay when we were here.

Pickalbatros Sea World Resort - Marsa Alam- "Aqua Park" features a fitness centre, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Quseir. Reception staff super nice and helpful ,wonderful stay, we will definitely come back , Once again many thanks to all the service staff and hotel management .

Located along its own private beach, Gemma Resort offers views over the Red Sea. It features indoor and outdoor pools, and wellness centre. Several restaurants and bars are also available. Our experience here was outstanding. When we got there, we had a confusion with the booking, which was our fault, and the hotel manager got out of his way to help us. He even offered us a romantic dinner at the beach to make our experience better. It is undoubtedly the best attention we have ever received in a hotel
