      Nothing it’s a run down hotel they maybe have 20 rooms open that are available., I asked for a refund because I didn’t end up staying at the property what so ever never even checked in and they refused to even respond to me nor book.com to give me a refund. My guess would be because they aren’t booked up and rather take my money than refund me I don’t suggest anybody stays at this hotel ever!

      Hotel is really nice hand they had a luggage rack and and elevator . Room was lovely and very clean and comfortable and exceeded my expectations.

      I had a problem at checkin the front desk woman charged me twice and two authorizations hit my credit card when I brought this to her attention she was clueless . I was able to speak the her manager who kept telling me they didn’t charge me twice but eventually come to find out that the lady did charge me twice the first charge included the hotel and pet together then she charged me again for the hotel separately and the pet fee separately . So two pending authorizations hit my credit balance even though eventually at check out I probably will have only have on charge finalized and the other pending charge drop off after 3+-7 days I was not pleased how this went down because they were not very customer focused and I was embarrassed to have to confront them in the lobby regarding this matter . I showed them the two authorizations bottom line the girl didn’t speak up that she made an error until after several minutes of a very stressful discussion and placed me in a very uncomfortable confrontational situation .

      The fact that they gave me a full refund and the dude who helped me check in/out was very accommodating and very polite.

      I checked out five minutes after seeing my room. There were NO plug-ins and no fridge and no ADA access to the second floor. When I left another man was doing the same thing. Drug addicts and working girls walking around the property, the location was sketchy, and at the same time I was leaving a cop showed up to respond to a call from the motel. I guess I should have known better when there was a clear dividing window between the staff and the customers. Gross, gross, gross. Do not go there.

      Don't remember her name she worked the night shift on Saturday.

      Mostly everything. Room not clean underneath bathroom vanity. Roach was in room I killed it ask manager to check into it no one came to the room. Morning staff was briefed no one came to room to clean it he said he'd get staff to the room. Was not informed you had to request clean towels so had to get them and therefore room was left with beds etc.. not taken care of. The night female staff was able to assist and at least we had some clean towels. Feel I should have gotten some type of compensation. When checking out manager was at church was told they'd have him contact me never received a call. Very much dissatisfied with my stay.

      The room was gross and dirty. There were food crumbs and bits of trash all along the floors and walls. The bathroom looked moldy. I left within minutes of seeing the room. I figured there were critters waiting to bite.

      When you arrive and they surprise you to leave 150 dollars deposit for each night plus the stay payment I couldn't stay another day the next day I moved to another hotel across the street you need notify before arriving
