Would have been nice to have a kettle & a toaster in the room and a sharper knife to make our own snacks. The crockery & glassware was very basic-looking - not a dealbreaker, but very 'standard hotel'.

Our room was excellent, facing the road and the mountain/ski slope, with a little balcony. The beds were exceptionally comfy & the staff were very friendly. The spa (jacuzzi, steam, sauna) was a huge bonus after a long day's skiing! Included in our stay, thanks to Booking.com. Lockers for ski equipment were very useful. Close to grocery shops, a few bars and a restaurant.

Well, it was a bit tired. Room was clean but not really functional: I felt a lack of drying surfaces for clothes after ski.

Location was great, the price is relatively good. Rather okay for solo spartan travel, but for a family vacation i'd choose something newer, of a higher class :))

We had to book half board for half term holiday. The food, particularly dinner, was very disappointing; facilcities of the hotel are out of date. Don’t agree it meets 4 star standards

The location is good for ski (right opposite ski lift). Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Wellll you had to pay extra for the spa area, 10e/h/person, which is not a lot but still came as a surprise since the sauna was a major deal breaker for us to have. The hotel was also a bit crowded, which is ok and great for them, but all the kids and ski gear was a lot.

Breakfast was 12e and absolutely excellent with omelette cooks etc. I don't think you could get the same kind of quality anywhere else in that village with that money. Room had a wonderful view on the slopes so we could see e.g how the weather conditions were. The hotel is close to everything. Hotel staff knew everything and were super helpful! They gave me a skiing route on the first day and it was really a great recommendation to the top. The hotel was very clean, they were cleaning all the time the big common areas.

Wonderful staff. Comfortable beds and lovely spacious room with Mountain View. Our boys room was not acceptable but they were quickly moved in our request. Breakfast was excellent. Good boot room facilities and great location very close to good eating places and main bubble to slopes

The quality of the food in the buffet evening meal was disappointing.

Decoration-wise, the room seemed a bit empty although it was quite big. I didn't really mind because I got two beds even though I had only asked for one. Still a very good hotel, I'd love to come back next time I visit Andorra.

The location is stunning as the hotel is in the Andorran Pyrenees. I really love the Himalayan feel the hotel has, myself having stayed in Nepal for two weeks a couple of years ago… Real good value for money too!

Breakfast could improve a little bit, but is ok Saunas are OK, however, the jacuzzis where very cold, and dry sauna was not at a high temperature with gaps on the door letting the heat evacuate easily Parking is very expensive at your hotel when you can park outside for a minimum price

No cups in sauna for water machine, hot steam room you need a drink and water machine is there...... called reception to ask, said will bring some down but never arrived, went to reception and reception said that house keeping are not here. In an area like a sauna, steam room jacuzzi we found that disappointing. But take your own plastic bottle lol Wouldn't stop us from returning.

The SPA is really small and malfunctional.

The room is ideally planned. We had a room on the 5th floor with a wonderful view to the mountains and a balcony. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is just good enough! The location is 50m from the slopes.

the so call late departure offer : 20 euros per hour and it is not reliable . The lady at the reception was ok for 2 pm , then , when we came in at 12h30 , the key didn’t work and it was 1 pm maximum. Concerning parking If you are lucky enough to got a place at 21 € the night then be prepared for a nightmare with such a narrow entrance and no place to maneuver .

you can go to ski by foot even if you have to be careful not to fall on the street when there is ice and snow . Rooms are confortable even if at arrival it was freezing due to heating stop

It is not ski in/ ski out. The room accommodations are not as specified. Our room was an apartment for 4 adults and 2 of the beds were twin sofa beds. All the beds had thin sofa bed type mattresses and were extremely uncomfortable. There was a huge bolt that lowered half of the living room area ceiling to about 4 feet high that made the room very uncomfortable and small. I selected this property because it had parking. Upon arrival their parking was full, there was no reservations available prior to arrival. If I had been made aware of this situation previously I would have stayed somewhere else. There were several guests with the same situation.

The buffet breakfast was good. Location was relatively close.

The hotel send me I think 21 emails since I booked it but still they were unable to answer one question I asked. Once I called they said that they offer ski rental, which turned out not to be true. You can rent in SHUSSKI SOLDEU PIOLET it is on the other side of the road and if you book online a few days in advance you get a discount. But the worst was the payment method that they use. We got a weird link that was not secured and instructions that we need to make payment a few days before check-in. It just seems very unnecessary because we have so many options these days to pay securely (like payments by booking). I really felt uncomfortable giving my card information there, but the hotel said I had no choice because they would cancel my reservation.

The breakfast was great! Also, we got a room with a very nice view. They have ski lockers so this is just the best hotel for a ski trip, the rental is a few meters from the hotel and the lift are maybe 300 meters from the entrance. Very convenient!
