We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Food was great. Staffs tried their best to help at all times. Kudos to the team. Somehow disappointed with the facilities though. Due to adverse weather in the morning , the pool was closed all day even if the sun was out from mid day for the rest of the day. We had to pay for the Kids place to keep the child entertained. Surely this could have been provided as a complimentary basis on that day given the circumstances. Also the sauna is currently out of order for renovations and the steam room was not opened that day. Hopefully these can be reviewed by the Management.

RomaniaWaited two hours after checking time to clarify with receptionist why the quadruple room booked and paid well in advance was not available and why it has been offered initially a much lower room alternative, unacceptable for what i have been paid, instead the one booked. Finally i have got the correct room booked after my insistences and after this unpleasant event i got a bitter taste and wondering how was possible to happen to a such well ranked hotel. Frankly speaking i am afraid next time to pay in advance to avoid such unpleasant situations which could been ruin your vacation.
The international buffet breakfast and dinner had sufficient kinds of food items to satisfy any preferences. The buffet food items were replenished quicky once consumed. The time interval of the breakfast and dinner were generous. . The quadruple room was spacious and cleanliness well maintained daily. The hotel have a nice underground free parking. Late checkout was possible on request free of charge.

United KingdomThe hotel offers a courtesy bus to the beach but its not big enough to hold the number of people wishing to go. People are then fighting for a seat. There is no order To it. Would be better if the hotel offered a sign up sheet to reserve a place on the bus

Laxman from the house keeping team was very good and went over and beyond to help. The hotel Manager Amjad was also extremely helpful in understanding our circumstances and concerns.
