We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location makes me come and again to this hotel. The metro is across the road. I travel from airport to the hotel by metro. I travel also by the little boat to go from Deira to Meena Bazar, The rooms have been refurbished. Staff always very kind, I did not take the breakfast.

SeychellesHouse keeping should be more attentive to their work, On that short stay I had to call several time for towels, toilet paper ect. Nevertheless the reception personnel are great. I have a friendly suggestion, as someone that has been involve with tourism and hotel industry, I would gladly assist the hotel in give required train to the staffs so that they can improved the quality of service that they deliver.

United KingdomThe basic facilities need updating, as this hotel has potential.
I was allocated a room on 10th floor 1009, which had a balcony over looking the city side. The room was much better than the one i was allocated first. It was a large room with confy bed. However, I must say that the housekeeping guy (Rahman Ali) made up for any shortcomings that the hotel had. Rahma was very professional and friendly throughout my stay. I must say a big thank you to him.

KenyaVery annoying is that the rooms are only available after 2pm. Travelers who travel over night from overseas and arrive at the hotel at around 4- 6 am, are made to wait for the rooms until maybe 1 pm or 2 pm. In the morning you find many customers sleeping in the reception area. Not a good sight.
All was ok. The location is good as the property is opposite metro, there fore commuting was easy, The rooms were clean and comfortable, Breakfast was pleasant, though more attention needs to be paid on the service, There has to be more waiters to take care of the guest needs.
