The break fast was the only part that I was not satisfied with.

The cleanliness was great , the location was good too, the see side was better that my expectation and my only thing was not great the breakfast.

There are no kids related activities. We had expected for it have more kids friendly facilities.

The F&B and Service was excellent, Mr. Harshit really took care of us a lot. The rooms were good size and clean. The reception was good and they did give attention to our request for room on the same floor.

Average breakfast and poor activities

New and comfortable furnishes and bath, fully equiped room, excellent sea view, satisfied beach and pool attractions (the hotel has high potential with the beach and location if they manage properly)

The breakfast is super poor At the checkout a person called and asking me to checkout wasn’t a nice approach

1. The worst thing is that the air conditioning was not working in the room, and after sending the technicians, nothing changed 2. The Jacuzi wasn't working 3. Breakfast was not bad, but there were not many choices of food 4. Traces of paint inside the public bathroom on the ground floor 5. No shower gel at shower area inside the room bathroom 6. The house keeping come only at 2:00 pm and after calling the reception 2 times

Almost of the staff we have encountered were friendly and accommodating from the reception, reataurants and the lifeguards.

The location of hotel is amazing peaceful, calm and serene. Beach area is clean and you can enjoy swimming in the calm waters. The staff is humble and caring, thanks everyone for your exceptional hospitality. Food was good and tasty!

No alcohol, no spa (both promised next week after we leave) pool water to cold to swim in, AC in room kept malfunctioning (3 days in a row) until the thermostat was replaced. Getting cabs can be an ordeal with long waiting times as Dubai Island is isolated. That’s both good and bad

The hotel has just opened and most of the facilities weren’t operational, which wasn’t explained on the website or booking.com. Location wasn’t particularly convenient with traffic

Location is far from the city, and not well served by public transport. This hotel might not be the best choice if you don't have a car. The minibar is full of water bottles and soft drinks, and it is closed unless you pay a deposit. However, the wonderful staff agreed to open the minibar and leave it open for me to use it. I am only writing this only because I believe it should be open by default. The suite given to me (supposed to be sea view) was in the first floor without a nice sea view.

Very welcoming, polite, and helpful staff. Spacious rooms and nice view. Quiet area, but yet so far from the city. Nice Breakfast.
