Breakfast and the location is good close to the supermarkt, 15 minutes walk to the centre. The owner and the staff very friendly and helpful. They showed us the best places to visit around Saranda & the transportation to get there. A big thank you to the owner who has served us so well and took us to the bus terminal with the destination to Tirana.

I think the water may be solar heated, because it was cooler in the morning and hotter in the evening.

The owner, Jason is great. He showed us 3 rooms and said take your pick. His mother is wonderful, insisting on driving us to the port.

The restaurant is serving a very large breakfast what is nice but the vegetarian and vegan alternatives are lacking or not existant. If this can be improved, the experience is an absolute 10/10. The mats on the beach could use a clean up or need to be changed, there are a lot of sunscreen and sweat stains.

We went to this hotel after we had some issues with the previous booking. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The view from our room was very nice and the owner, Jason, even helped us with his car to get to the pharmacy to pick up some medication.

The everyday cleaning service is good but it could have been more thorough.

I had a great stay! Very good value for the money. The location is excellent (less busy area, 10 min to the port). Rooms have everything you need, and any additional amenities are easily accessible in the hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly!

Since the hotel is new, there were deficiencies in the room. Reception and information could have been better. There was no kettle and glass in the room. foot towels were given on the first day and were not left again after room service. We asked for an ashtray, they said no.

The rooms were a little small and the internet was just regular.

It was clean and nice staff. Private beach and parking. The towels were changed every day. It is a 15 min walking distance to the center and it is not so crowded.

The room we had was a bit small and we could hear all noise from the corridors through the night. But it was very clean and had a beautiful sea view. It’s ok for a couple, but not big enough for a family like us that had 2 small children. It was our fault though for booking it wrong.

Properly is right on the beach, has beautiful views and has nice restaurants and cafes near by. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Overall very good value for money.

hotel has its own parking, but in crowded months it could be difficult to find propper place to parking car, and it is because many people are camming on that beach and they are not hotel guests. Hotel should make same kind of barrier to disable that...hairdryer in bathroom is bad...there is no elevator...no safety deposit box in room, neither in the reception...

Cleanless is exceptional, everything is very clean and everywhere smells pleasant...housekeeping is excellent and kind, they change sheets and towels every day, room was cleaning very studios and dust was cleand every day...all staff is very kond, polite and helpfull...location of the hotel is in the best part of Saranda (that is my opinion), great bars and tavernas are very close, and supermarket too...breakfast is everyday the same, but very good and is served on the teras which is on the beach...hotel has its own beach with very comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas which are included in the price...great wifi in the whole hotel area even on the beach...spacious room, balcony and bathroom, and beds and the pillows are very comfortable and good for sleeping (which is very rare)...

Wi-fi is unuseable. Breakfast is poor, sometimes with no coffe, no black tee (as usually in Albania). Slightly outdated airconditioner, difficult to adjust properly, bit otherwise working adequately. No shower curtain in bathroom. Installation and fittings in bathroom (soapkeeper, glass-keeper, shelf, etc.) need some fixings. TV channels are only in Albanian.

Good location, close to city center and promenade. Great sea view from the balcony and the restaurant (breakfast place). Beach in front of the hotel with own sunbeds and umbrellas. Shingley beach. Staff is helpful and can speak English. Parking place is ok but limited, sometimes you need to leave you car key with the porter (to enable other cars to move). Flat and HD TV set.

The best Hotel we've ever stayed at ✨️ The location , the view , the staff , the food , EVERYTHING was perfect ❤️ Here you'll find the most kind people , with such beautiful hearts , always a smile on their faces and you can see the love that they have for the Hotel and everything included .. They made us feel at home , they took care of us more than they should .. they drove me to the hospital on the last day because I was unwell and they stayed with me until I was okay to come back to the hotel , then they took dinner to the room as a room service , so so beautiful . It's gestures that I will never forget .. We never felt so welcomed and appreciated , thank you so so much ❤️ The location is perfect ! You're close to everything (beaches, supermarket, restaurants, city) , which is perfect 👌 The view , 😍 , you'll love it ! The sunset , the ocean with water crystal clear .. The food !! We had breakfast & dinner included and it was the best thing ever ! No need to worry about anything except lunch .. the food was always on point , variety , tasty , we loved it ! If you are active... don't get taxi... its only a 8-10min walk from the port if you turn right & continue following the road. Rooms were clean, friendly staff they changed our room for a better view on request at no extra cost.... free breakfast was OK, restaurant was not serving food in the evening so we went around the corner for food... lots of beautiful views... Albania is stunning & will definitely be coming back!

Super location in the more quite part of town. "24/7 low key beach vibe", right on the beach. You have all you need right here. Very friendly and serviceminded staff. Family driven place. Our second visit (we had 14 days in July 2022 also) and we just really love this place. Hopefully life brings us back here again as soon as possible.

This is a 3 star hotel but because of the food, cleanliness, comfort & staff (a family run hotel) it felt like 4 stars. So friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is included which we had every day, and the food for lunch & dinner was fantastic. Our hosts Jason, Ola and their friendly staff were always on hand to help and anything we needed was always "no problem". The shared facilties with their next door sister Hotel made this a gem of a find. We will be back as soon as possible. M&C
