Taming the two remote controls and accessing the (seemingly infinite number of) TV programs requires a nerd or, at least, an IT professional

The hotel has it all: situation on a quiet street, walking distance from Skanderbeg Sq., proximity to the New Bazaar, the vicinity of countless nice cafes, restaurants,'zgare', and various shops. Spacious, luminous room with balcony, a large desk with enough space for your laptop and all papers, space for the clothes; fridge, electric kettle. Wifi strong and stable. The ground floor bar-cafe continues outside, into the open air: connects to a garden delimited by a hedge and by trees, with lots of greenery - offers pleasant sitting under the sun while sipping coffee, drinks, cocktails... The hotel's greatest asset is nevertheless the staff: dynamic, efficient and friendly; always ready to come with help or advice. I surely will return back here when visiting Tirana next time.

AC worked poorly so room was very hot. Too many smokers affecting dining experience! Charge for second cup of coffee.

We choose a superior room to have a good balcony but it had a very small balcony with no furniture. It would have been good if that had been clear before booking.

Geri in front desk was very professional, polite and helpful. I called him from airport to ask for parking, since finding parking spaces is not easy. He helped with parking, offered us welcome drinks on hotel while they took are luggage to our rooms. Everything went smoothly. If you want the view from balcony it is not your place but everything else was fine

Location is superb. 5 mins from bus station going/leaving for airport, 5 mins to the main square. small hotel but has all you need, much preferable than big chain. Tasty, homemade breakfast, good coffee, lovely garden. Room cute, clean and cosy with the balcony. Staff smiling and nice to deal with, helpful and professional. Not something to take for granted in this part of Europe.

Central location, clean and comfortable rooms, the colleagues (staff) were excellent from the welcome when we arrived to the young lads on duty that physically took us and showed us what bus to get on when we went to cable cars and Duress. The breakfast was fantastic, great choice and catered to everyone.

A very minor detail....They need a decent toaster....it was quite amusing to see the old toaster they were still using given the quality of everything else.

The hotel was quite central to the city centre and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. It had a good terrace of it's own but it was covered for Winter of course, for our January visit. I was surprised to find breakfast to be very good with a large variety of options including hot eggs, sausages and omelette. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and very clean with excellent water pressure.

While the staff were very very friendly and helpful and gave us all their support, if they get a little more training in hospitality management it will make this property perfect! This is not a negative review of the staff, as they were good. They can be better.

The room was perfect, and the hotel itself was great as it is right in the city center and within 5 minutes walking distance from all major attractions. We never needed to use cars or public transport. Additionally, the bathroom and bar and outdoor garden were great.

Balcony is not a real balcony, no chear in it ! Our room didn't have a nice view.

Nice hotel in a great location, very clean room with comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with all amenities. Breakfast okay , could be better, capuchino was good . All hotel staff was polite and competent !

This small hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city but not in the middle of crowded streets. It is nice and clean with a good breakfast. The personal is young but motivated and very professional with an excellent knowledge of the languages. Price is very reasonable

The sausages and eggs on the breakfast buffet were cold. :(

Lovely, very friendly and helpful staff. The young man on reception even offered to take us to the airport bus stop when we left. Fantastic coffee with our typical Albanian breakfast. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
