The staff were kind and warm. The facility has 2 indoor pools and a gym which are free. The place was clean and quiet. The kids area is nice, and the breakfast was good too. It is close to the bus stop and they can organise an airport pick up or drop off for you. The rooms are spacious and with good storage. There's a spa with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna all included in the price.

Bathroom, definitely needs investment. The pressure of water was low, and was not comfortable to shower. Warm water it takes time to come.

Cold breakfast not enough variety We were told outdoors pool was closed while it was open Shower in room needs some TLC the edges of the door have limescale and discoloured, water wasn't hot enough and pressure was low too.

it was a little out the way, you had to get a bus from the airport to Tirana centre which went past the hotel and then get a bus from the centre back to the hotel there was no direct route, no airport shuttle bus mentioned when we did enquire when we was leaving to go back home

Fantastic hotel, Great spa , Superb Breakfast which was included with the price which was so so cheap, The suite they gave us was so big and met everything with needed for a family of 5, nice restaurant attached to the hotel and they provided music entertainment on the Friday night we was there

For a resort of this magnitude, the entrance doors ought to be automatic sliding. If there was anything covid taught us, it was reducing how much you touch surfaces. The location of the resort was not somehow great. By location, I mean the access roads to the place. They were so bad and dirty. Clearly not a fault of theirs. The rooms were okay but would have been more comfortable. The windows could be more soundproof. We could hear noises emanating from the outside. The toilet could have been a bit better looking with the inside not looking sparkling enough. The toilet brush should be thrown away and replaced.

What endeared me the most were the staff. They were so friendly and nice and were ready to go out of the world to attend to our needs. We were kinda stranded at the airport when we arrived. With no access to call networks (because we only had our UK lines), we quickly dialled them on whatsapp, and they sent their driver ASAP. We also loved how the room we paid for came as a package. The facilities there were worth it. Made the stay to be home away from home. I loved the fact that we could experience the spa sessions, gym facilities, and the closeness to shopping malls. The complementary breakfast being a buffet was also commendable. The check-in and check out times are also something worthy of mention.

Same variety for breakfast for four days, a little bit of change would have been highly appreciated.

The room and toilet was very neat, air condition worked well and the staffs at the reception were very friendly and helpful. I only had Issues with the two guys at the bar who were quite rude and acted like racist.

The spa had no beauty treatments or hairdressers which was a real let down. The only ice creams were kept in a padlocked fridge in the main building; also 4 euros for each one was a lot. The night porter when we checked out at 7am seemed to have difficulty in creating our bill, we had to show him our bill from booking.com.

Very helpful staff who can’t do enough. Good restaurants and breakfast plus the poolside bar/restaurant. We used the indoor smaller pool and hydrotherapy and the gym everyday.

Everything was very nice. Few suggestions to improve the service quality. The Safe Deposit box was closed, I could not iuse it unless to call someone to open. Guests will not be confortable asking from staff theey need to open the box so save valuables. The box must be open with written instructions aside for its use. There was no trash bin in the room. Inside the shower cabin there is no shelf to put shampoo or any other cosmetics u might need during shower.

We had booked rooms with balcony and garden view, but the hotel rooms had either garden view OR balcony. Not both. We had to choose. The garden view included the parking lot too. The gym did not have new equipment, was public and open to people not staying at the hotel.

The hotel has everything, spa, gym, restaurant, pool and travel agency. Spa was very nice!! The staff was increadible friendly and always helpful. Easy to book nice day tours with the travel agency. Close to shopping mall with cinema and bus into city.

Well, for me, as a lactose- and gluten-intollerant vegetarian, there are not so many options for breakfast. But I'm used to that. At least they have tomatoes, cucumbers, apples and oranges and corn flakes available. It would be nice if they could add muesli or oat flakes as a cereal option for breakfast. And have some tea bags to choose from for those that can't drink coffee or milk.

We arrived before check-in time and wanted to shower. So, even though we couldn't enter the room yet, the staff allowed us to shower at the spa. So we showered and enjoyed the spa even before check-in time. The place is great! It's the 4th time we stay here. It's so relaxing, the rooms are beautiful, big and comfortable. The spa is so good, especially the jacuzzi, which is huge and very warm. The bed is so comfortable, I really like the blankets. I would suggest that there could be 2 chairs in each room, instead of one. Sometimes both guests could want to sit at the table at the same time. For meat eaters and people without intollerances, there are many options for breakfast: cakes, bacon, sausages, cheeses, boiled and fried eggs, omelet, pancakes, fried potatoes, bread, yogurt, etc. Way more variety than all the other hotels I have stayed in Albania.
