The structure of the new rooms

Starting the Front desk staff was very helpful ,kind and professional .Alejandro is a senior staff members and keep his interactions friendly and professional. Also the seniors concierge always helpful and always acknowledge guests . The housekeeping personal was a plus.

I wouldn't say this is a 4-star hotel - something in between 2 and 3. I got my Rayban sunglasses stolen, when I asked the hotel staff, they said they did not find them. The communication was difficult since not everybody from the staff was speaking English. Ended up paying more that the price from the booking. There was rarely hot water and no water at all one of the nights. Since I was having online meetings in the mornings, asked if I can take my breakfast in the room, they said no. Last morning I left very early for a flight, requested to get the breakfast in a box, again they said no although it was paid and it is a normal procedure in so many places, so I requested a refund which I never got. The breakfast was very simple with not variety of food. At least the location was ok.

The main negative impression was left by the administrator who registered us when he accepted payment in cash. I counted the required amount twice, he counted it UNDER HIS DESK and said that 500 pesos were missing. I gave another 500 pesos, and then in the room I counted the rest of my money and made sure that the receptionist had stolen that bill. Therefore, be careful, although the hotel is 4*, thieves work in the staff!

The rest of the hotel is not bad, but the level is more suitable for 3*. Breakfasts for Argentina is quite good. The Internet is stable. The rooms are not very big, but quite clean. The area is quite safe, there are many attractions nearby. The nearest large hypermarket is in Spinetto Shopping Center (Coto). But much closer a good supermarket Carrefour is nearby (Rivadavia 999). And right there is a Western Union office to get pesos at a good rate.

it is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of imagination. We not have enough sockets in the room to charge anything, usb sockets out of service, no adaptors available. the bed is super uncomfortable, with random light over your face that does not switch off; the sheets were not clean, even a bloody mark on a pillow. very poor breakfast.

The rooms were different then what we seen from booking. Then we discovered that we were in the old accomodations. So we had to ask to change the room after two nights., I just had a bad experience finding a hair in some of the sweets at the breakfast. The price is higher than expected, doesn't worth the experience.

Hotel reception was amazing, helpful, and very responsive and kind. WiFi was VERY good, had no problem streaming or taking work calls either. Overall super solid.

The room was okay, but not what was shown in the pictures of booking.com. The pictures show a renovated version. The bathroom was much older with a leaking toilet, painted tiles where the paint was coming off and greasy sealant in the corners.

Nor very clean bathroom, personnel not speaking English also at reception desk, during my stay there was a renovation which make a lot of noise during the day but also lat evening, very unpleasant view from the window.

Very good localization, personnel with willingness to help and answer your questions, nice renovated room, good breakfast, very good care on COVID requirements.

The bathroom: the water took very long to get hot and it needed to be turn on and off a few time also. it was small and have a very bad lighting.
