The exception: the mattresses on the double bed in the quadruple room have a dip (dent, boddy impression).

The owners were very nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great, there was also the possibility to serve dinner at the location. The location has a ski room, fussball table, playroom for kids. The beds are large, the mattresses are very comfortable (with one exception).

The staff is nice and available. The room is spatious and clean. The hotel is well located close to plenty of hikes and is a 20-minute drive from Innsbruck. Everything is perfect.

Our bathroom sink was a bit small, but it's completely ok for us. We noticed it, but we were not really ennoyed by that during our week stay. We were ok with that, especially in regard to the wonderfull points we got :)

Our hosts were really kind, we ate well on morning, we had a very cosy room and we appreciated a lot bed confort and very clean place. It's so rare to find a very clean place indeed, so here it was so cool ! It was a perfect place for us.

The owner was impatient. Convinced us not to follow our plan to Kuhtai but travel 1.5 hour to Stubain glacier. Once getting there we found out that on that day, like every year they close the highest lift and the ice cave for a month to prepare it for winter. She should have know that or at least check it for us. We wasted a hole day. It seemed like she did every effort to make us stay there an additional night. Which we didn’t. The breakfast was very modest. We asked for the highest floor with view. We got ground room facing the main road one side and the other the parking lit. There is no elevator.

Pillows (square flat pillows, traditional in Germany and Austria) The floor is wooden and squeaky but it sort of add to the authenticity of the place.

We had a great time! The views and surrounding are spectacular & near a river. Location is super and close to many attractions in tirol. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The whole hotel preserve a beautiful classic Austrian design and atmosphere, very well maintained and clean. We got a separated family room which was convenient. The bathroom is modern although a bit small, the kitchen is well equipped. Perfect stay for a family with little children. The trampoline was super.

The bus connection can be a problem, as it neither goes very often (every two hours or so) nor very late. Options to eat out are limited if you do not have a car.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place has a beautiful surrounding which makes the view from the room perfect. The room was clean and very cosy. The owners are super sweet and helpful, it is obvious how much work and love they put into the place. It would be our pleasure to come back!
