Checkin was a bit complicated, as the Network was not reachable at the door, and it could be trouble if someone doesn't have any Active SIM

Overall it was a good,nice and pleasant stay. Not very far from the major train station.

Self check-in and check-out were really easy and explained well in advance. Close to the Floridsdorf metro station. Spar and Hofer nearby. Small, but convenient place with everything I needed.

there was no instruction where to leave the keys in checkout , also i am international traveler , i was in Czech then Vienna , once arrived my roaming service interrupted and was not able to call the number to open the building door , once solved i called the number to open the building door , if i was not able to use my phone, i will not enter the building

The most important problem is that you need to open the phone first to enter the room, the door opens automatically. but my phone cannot make European calls. That's why I asked people from the street to call the number. Since I always use the keys afterwards, I did not have a problem. the room was not very clean. There were stains on the sheets, towels and wall. It was not a problem for me, I had my own sheets and towels. kitchen drawers smelled very bad. I had a little trouble with the bathroom light sensor. because the bathroom window looks into the room. Also, there is no air conditioner in the room. Vienna evenings were cool and there was no problem. but i would prefer to have air conditioner

Although it seemed far from the city, transportation to the city center was easy. You can get all the missing eurostar and dm near by here. it was pretty quiet. Internet problem solved. I stayed for 2 nights and only used it to sleep. it was enough

Just a few minor touches like a lamp could make it better as the lighting was too harsh for my ADHD. Also I expected a washing machine but I may have misunderstood the listing.

Missing AC with two windows that can be opened and blackout curtains pulled down

Nice area and close to the beach and to the tram just one stop to the U bahn The room is small but for one person perfect. Good bed and comfortable pillow. View towards green area. Calm.

I didn’t like only having one roll of toilet paper and having to purchase my own, it’s just an annoying expense to have to pay while on vacation. Another annoying expense is the laundry detergent, which I had to leave there. I hope it was left there for the next person who stays. Other than that, I had a great time.

I liked that I had a full kitchenette, and a washer.

Shower gel was not provided, not sure if they missed it. Though well connected bit away from city centre, all sightseeing spots.

Location was good, very well connected via public transport. Many good eateries around with 400, 500 mts. Had most of the amenities for a couple of days stay, mini kitchen but functional. Checkin, checkout process was smooth too. Overall a good stay here.

The flat itself was a little cramped/narrow, so if you're looking for something spacious (ie. to workout or practice yoga etc.) this may not be the best option.

The location is quiet, and away from the bustle of the city. Nice places to eat and a few nice local cafes. Owner is responsive and accommodating. Laundry machine is a huge plus. Close to public transit. Comfortable bed. I really grew to love the church bells throughout the day as a signature of time (pay attention to the pattern and you may notice something...)

While the transport connection to Wienna from Florisdorf U-Bahn/S-Bahn station was very good, it took probably five minutes more to get there from the appartment than one would desire. It is obviously about the value for money, and the location was of course shown at the Booking map, but overall, this one is not exactly a downtown place just next to the transport stations and such.

It was a nice little studio made of the regular flat split into three studios. Mine had a wash machine that was a great plus. The 'unmanned' check-in was well organized.

All in all a good value for money, the check-in was easy and the accommodation is clean and the bed comfortable.

Everything was super dirty, From bed to tables to chairs, it was full of dust and particles along with not to forget mentioning pet hairs. There was no fan or cooling, it was super hot and one can't sleep properly, the bed was so low quality that if you lay on it it will curve like a black hole,We had a terrible time in the apartment and we vacated it one day before due to these reasons. It ruined our vacation altogether. There was no washing machine and Dishwasher too plus no soap and toiletries. If someone is coming for vacations, he/she would not be supposef to buy soap or toiletries :/ as per them you need to buy it yourself. Super terrible, super dirty. Stay away from this apartment. P.s: The photos shown on booking.com is totally different then what was in real.

Horrible Experience, if you are coming for vacations, please avoid this place. They show the address near to Prater on Booking.com but they will allocate you some super far away dirty flat that isn't cleaned in 10 years I guess.

No coffe machine, smells like cigarette, the fan too small for summer, exhaus fan in the toilet only 15 minutes timer, not too much pan for cooking.
