It's located close to all needed facilities like stores, public transport etc, quite close to Zell am See ski facilities and 30 minutes walk to Zell am See city center. Good, standard breakfast available early morning. Very helpful host.

Albert and his family are exceptionally kind people. We were made to feel welcome, Albert took personal time to help us settle in and arrange our activities, the accomodation is excellent, I would recommend 100%. We made friends there and we are definitely coming back.

The location is good, but there is a little walk to the nearest lift, and a longer walk to the more touristy part of zell. Public transport is very good though (and we had a car so it wasn't an issue).

I was in hurry , I have to pick train from zellamsee to Vienna but no taxi was available at that time. One of the hotel staff dropped me to the station freely.

Everything went pretty well. I am very satisfied. I will definitely come back again and will stay in this beautiful apartment.

I stayed for three nights and from the beginning, everything went really well. The check-in was really smooth and the facilities were top-notch. The host was really friendly and provided me with a summer card that allowed me to visit amazing sites including Kitzsteinhorn, Stauseen, and Alpine road (with a discount) to name a few. The room has a kitchen that has all that one needs to cook the food. The toilet is also a very clean and decent size. Overall pretty amazing experience and I am already planning to come back to Zell am See in a few months and stay in the same place and this time with family.

Really enjoyed staying in this friendly, clean and well equipped appartment. Kitchen had all the appliances you would need to cook for yourself and were of a high standard. Lots of storage and a high quality bathroom Location was in Schuttdorf rather than in Zell am See itself. We found this ideal because it was quieter and very handy for the Areitbahn lift. There was an hourly skibus virtually outside which linked to Areitbahn and many other services to Zell am See as well as other ski areas. Recommend tourist office at Areitbahn to get bus info early in your stay. Also lovely is to walk (25 mins) along the lake back to appartment from Zell old town or catch the delightful local train (2 stops)

very friendly staff. clean apartment with all utilities. breakfast ok ... especially because we were able to talk to the host who gave us all the information we needed. within walking distance of shops and restaurants. about one km to the cable car and the ski slope (areitbahn)
