Rooms are a bit dated though that's part of the hotel's charm. Noise insulation wasn't great.

the furniture is very old-fashioned, in the lobby and in the restaurant it is still good, but the atmosphere of the room was a bit sad, the bathroom is really old and would need a total renovation. There is a somewhat unpleasant sense of decadence, for example the detached curtain, full of holes, dangling from one side, or the hole in the tiles of the bathroom walls. A little extra care wouldn't hurt.

The main reason for choosing this hotel was because being very close to the highway, thus excellent for a short stop over on a long travel. The hotel is very classic and traditional, the staff is super-welcoming and friendly, also very professional. We had dinner, the food selection is not huge but all the food is really tasty, home-made style. The room was standard-size, bed comfortable, very clean. The view from the window nice. The view from the hotel terrace is really superb, overlooking the valley and the mountains ranges all around. Breakfast choice was really wide and good, plenty of sweet and salty foods. Parking is just in front and is very useful. Free wifi working well in every area. Price is really worth.

Very snowy when we needed to leave (over 30cm on the hotel car park). It wasn’t cleared so we (and other guests) shovelled and cleared ourself out. It would have been helpful if the hotel had sorted this themselves.

Lovely family run property. It’s a real taste of Austria. The restaurant and breakfast is good.

The hotel was quite pricey - of course you pay mostly for the view, but since the furniture and rooms are quite old and simple (which we liked!), it could have been a bit less expensive.

The view was absolutely beautiful and the staff were exceptionally friendly, it is evidently a family business of people who love what they do! The breakfast buffet was excellent!

Very quaint hotel. We had a large room, on the top floor, with a spectacular view. The elevator does not go to the top floor, so the receptionist offered to carry our bags. Some travelers may find the room lacking in typical amenities. No fridge, coffee maker, etc. The bathroom was equipped with a tub and shower, which we actually found quaint. This is a family run hotel with very friendly staff. We felt we were in a home and not a hotel.

Very uncomfortable bed and didnt sleep well. Little sound proofing in rooms - we were beside two very noisy families with children who seemed to be running around and shouting!

Amazing view from the balcony was the highlight. Quiet location and only 15 mins from innsbruck. Clean room. Its dated but still has a charm about it.

The location was perfect for our road trip. The staff were amazing and knowledgeable. Breakfast was delicious. We also had a lovely evening meal.
