Some coffee, sugar and milk would have been nice. Host took a while to answer our request for more pillows but it was New Year's eve. Beds not so comfortable.

The kitchen could be better equipped for preparing breakfast. To shower you have to stand in the bathtub and that is a bit impractical.

The hostess arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport and give the keys. We also used this service for our return. The property is just a couple of blocks away from the main tourist streets, in an area with nice restaurants and small shops. Our apartment was really quiet and the main bed was excellent. We stayed here over christmas and really appreciated Vienna during the holidays. This apartment was just right for us.

We paid for a 2 bedroom apartment but we were given a folding bed in the living room as a substitute. Suzanne said we would be due a refund as it was “her mistake”’(her words) but we’re still waiting !

In the bathroom the wall painting is pealing off, the elevator is a bit slow. I did not use the kitchen at all so I cannot comment on its functionality.

The apartment is really nice, and the bed was comfortable. There is a big wardrobe and the bathroom is also big and particular attention has been placed for forniture and lights. I only stayed 3 days but it is in appartament that can be used for longer period. Perfect location for me because it was only 3 min away from the conference venue.

The apartments are very different we were two couples and appt 3 is ultra modern and stylish, whereas appt 7 is perhaps not as stylishly furnished, but the bedroom is better placed and bigger than the one in appt 3. As I said, everything is a trade off. The shower in the tub in our appt 3 did seem to spray everywhere lol, and appt 7 had a walk-in shower

Fabulous location, very comfortable bed… very quiet in apartments 3 & 7, although no view, but we did sleep well. I’m sure any apartments at the front of the building that may come with a view of the front street will be noisy, so it’s a trade off. Loved having a washing machine…and the apartments are very spacious.

This apartment was such a great space and location, but small details slightly let it down. We only had one pillow each, and they weren't particularly comfortable ones. There was only one tea towel for. 4 night stay and no way to ask for fresh towels. The kitchen was very basically stocked as well as a few empty wine bottles in a cupboard. The kitchen also could have been cleaner as lots of splash marks on the wall and dirt on the cupboards.

The location of this apartment was fantastic and it was extremely spacious. We never met any members of staff but communication on checking in was clear. The area was fairly quiet for how central it was.

It was advertised as 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms but it has 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite) and they had 2 single beds in the dining room and living room! There were no curtains in these rooms just flimsy blinds, and a glass door separating the rooms so no privacy. The beds in these rooms were not that comfortable and the pillows throughout were not great. The wifi signal was awful, kept dropping constantly. The main bathroom was not very big and the shelf was in the wrong place - kept getting banged into which became annoying. The host offered to arrange a taxi for our transfer to the airport but then never replied when I asked more than 24 hours before leaving, we had to get an uber.

The property looks great and is decorated really nicely. Kitchen facilities were good. The location is great, close to Stefansplatz and shops and city centre generally. Nice restaurants nearby and although there was a bit of noise from the restaurant across the road by 11pm all was quiet.

WiFi was unbelievably slow. Had to buy a SIM card and use my phone instead of the internet in the apartment. It also would have been helpful to have instructions on how the AC unit worked

It was disappointing that the apartment was not as expected. Don't be surprised if this happens with your booking as referenced in other reviews. However, it was very spacious and comfortable enough. The host did offer for us to move apartments but we were unpacked and we chose not to. There was no tumble dryer or dishwasher as described. Good cutlery, plates, cups and glasses, toaster and kettle but cooking utensils were non existent. Zero. There was also only one small prep knife to use. Adequate pots and pans but no serving ware and no bake ware. The fridge leaked water constantly into the shelving. The toilet is unstable at the base as it moves when you sit down.The inner "courtyard" view infringes on privacy with clear views of, and into, other apartment windows and also echoed (at times) with windows slamming noise when windy. It was very quiet in the bedroom and elsewhere otherwise. Cleaning could improve inside the fridge and kitchen cupboards. The couches were dated but comfortable. The lounge TV was not connected to Wifi to stream platforms and all programs and channels were in German apart from CNN. Changing settings had no effect. Bedroom TV did not work at all. Not that it really mattered. No air-conditioning but there's a fan and large windows emit nice breezes throughout.

The apartment location is excellent with a five minute walk to the stunning St. Stephens and St.George cathedrals and the huge main shopping/tourist precincts and historical plazas. Burggarten Graz Palace Gardens and Belvedere Palace are also in close proximity. The apartment is situated in a very respectable upmarket area surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, public transport and pretty parks and gardens.There are many beautiful cobblestone streets and historical places of interest at your doorstep! The apartment (#14, 3rd floor) itself did not reflect the images provided unfortunately but was very spacious and adequate for our eight night stay. Cleaning was satisfactory but could improve on detail. Gas top, 2 burner stove, full size fridge/freezer, microwave and front loader washer, toaster and kettle. Satisfactory WiFi. Excellent hot water and pressure. Lots of cupboard space, wardrobes with many hangers, iron and clothes airing rack. Generous amount of clean towels and hand towels. One tea towel. Adequate heating. Elevator to floors 👍 The property manager was pleasant with good communication and instructions to access the building. Overall the location was outstanding and superseded any negatives! The host also allowed us a late check-out on request 👍. Recommend a stay for the spacious apartment and definitely the location ☺️

However, the WiFi did not work properly during my entire stay, which was frustrating. Checkout time was set at 10am, which I found too early. The appliances such as the fridge and stove were quite old and outdated.

Carlton suites hotel has a great location in the heart of the city, close to St. Stephen's Cathedral. The driver who picked me up from the airport was very polite and helpful. The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Carlton suites due to the convenient location and comfortable apartment, despite some minor issues with the facilities and services. I would recommend this hotel for its central location

Could have done with another pillow. Could have had a chopping board. Possibly a single comfortable chair in addition to the sofa, these however a really minor points.

The property was large, spacious and in an excellent location. There was plenty of cupboard space. It also felt secure. It was very quiet. There was a good hair dryer!
