Apartment is 50m from mozart geburtzhaus and 80m from the parking garage. Apartment was bright and clean. Staffs are very friendly!

Friendly and helpful host in Manfred. A good location, lovely building and spacious room and bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Icecream shop downstairs, home made and just delicious.

The listing states that a washing machine was available, but there wasn't one. However, we were allowed to use the common washer and dryer, so that was fine. Just take note that we had to do our laundry at 10pm to avoid using it when the cleaning staff were washing the sheets and towels.

We loved the layout and size of the apartment. It was incredibly clean and all the staff was so helpful! Things were thoughtfully prepared for us. For example, small bottles of shampoo and shower gel were provided, good quality cookware and a new sponge was in the kitchen. I think that this shows respect for each new guests they receive. The stairs are narrow, but if you let them know your arrival and departure time, someone is available to carry your luggage for you. So that was much appreciated! WiFi was excellent. Strong enough to stream shows on Netflix. On our 3rd morning, someone even rang our doorbell to collect the trash and give us new towels! We're on a 2-month trip in Europe and not once has this happened until this apartment. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and we enjoyed every second of it. ❤️

The apartment is on the 4th floor (no lift) so we tried to plan our trips so that we don’t have to go up and down the stairs. In the evening it gets a bit stuffy so we opened the windows to get some fresh air. But these are just minor issues.

The location was excellent: in the heart of the old town, cafes and restaurants close by, walking distance to bus stop. The apartment is clean, the bed is comfortable, wifi works well.

The location and the fact that the room had a coffee maching and a kettle. There was no noise and the owner was friendly and helpful. Despite being on the fourth floor I had no trouble with the stairs - you just go slowly up and it is well lit.

4th floor room (although, the view was amazing). No elevator and my husband is 80. We do understand that this is a very old, historical building.

Absolutely loved the location. Right in the heart of shopping, restaurants, historical places and easy access to buses.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The top floor room was quiet except for some street noise in the morning for store deliveries. No elevator but going up 3 flights of stairs a few times per day was not a problem. There is a luggage lift for when you arrive. Location is ideal on a pedestrian only street filled with shops. Parking if required is only a 5 minute walk but is expensive at 22 euros per day.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like about our stay.

Prime location right in the heart of Salzburg. Superb value for money apartment, we enjoyed the freedom of the apartment after being in hotels for the prior weeks while in Europe. No reason to complain about the stairs here as the staff are more than willing to hoist your luggage up. The apartment itself was lovely, double windows give you the option to completely block out any ambient noise at night or if you prefer; let some in. The kitchen was also sufficient enough to cook a meal or breakfast in. I’ll say it again to drive the point home; location is awesome.

The only complaint was, no body around to work the suitcase pully device on check out and the staircase is very narrow and lots of stairs to carry down our very heavy luggage. You need to be very strong and fit to manage the stairs. A toaster would've been nice.

Tezo was very helpful. He went out of his way to ensure everything was in order for our stay, that we were comfortable in our hotel and enjoyed our time in Salzburg. He was so friendly and welcoming! Love him! The owners were also very nice and accommodating. We would be so happy to come and stay at this place again and highly recommend it to others. Great location, city center, attractions & restaurants at your doorstep. Also you don’t have to go that far to get yummy ice cream.. they have an ice cream shop under the apartment.

The apartment was roomy & very comfortable for 2 friends. Beds were lovely, 1 of which was in the living area which we were aware of. We were situated right in the old city & walked out of the apartments onto the main shopping street. Despite this it was surprisingly quiet. Staff were very pleasant & helpful. They helped us with our bags as the apt was at the top of the building, & organised taxis for us. We would definitely return to stay here if we returned to Saltzburg which we would love to do. Thank-you to Manfred & Desiree for making our stay such an awesome one.

The stairs were a bit challenging but doable. As it was a old building, I found the floor ‘undulating’ for a person with motion sickness. Not a big issue as we were not in the room for a long time.

We loved the location of the apartment. It was right in old town and surrounded by eateries and shops. It is also a short walk to all the attractions.

The only downside was the lack of an elevator. It was tough carrying our luggage up 51 stairs.

Centrally located in the Altstadt, you can easily access city highlights, or shopping.
