I had a wonderful stay at the boutique Hotel Kugel. The staff is accommodating and always available to provide solutions. The location is lovely, with a tram and metro connection. I appreciated the wonderful gift from the hotel waiting for me in my room on my name day!!

Lobby and entrance

Room was spacious, modern and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location good for exploring the 11th quarter and the Marrais. Good restaurants nearby.

Great location! Not very central but very close to it and close to the shopping street. Many cafes and restaurants nearby, walking distance to opera. Hotel is cozy and sweet, has a lift. Stuff is very friendly. Good breakfast in the cafe with windows. Coffee machine with free coffee in the lobby. Warm rooms, has towels dryer.

A unique hotel with lots of personal touches. Exceptionally helpful owner and staff provided lots of great information and assistance to make our stay at the hotel, and our time in Vienna, as enjoyable as possible. Superb breakfasts. Not your standard chain hotel - and all the better for that.

Just a little noise from the trams passing on the street but it's not annoying.

The room was comfortable and nice. Amenities were really good. The staff so helpful and kind. You can reach the historic city center in a few minutes, and conveniently you can take the bus to and from the main train station just a few meters away. We enjoyed staying there.

Parking is not solved, if you arrive by car, you have to find a solution in the area, the nearby parking garage is expensive, the Museum underground garage is better, but you have to walk there. The area is "busy", all the noise at night was coming from outside to our room on the second floor.

An old building in a very good location has been converted into a hotel. All within walking distance, tram stop a few steps away, rooms are clean and as pictured (although not as modern), staff helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious and varied, what we asked for was prepared. Online check in and check out worked without any problems. If someone is coming for a few days it is worth trying.

Nothing really, but the tram stop could get a bit noisy so you just need to be prepared for that.

A beautiful family run boutique hotel with so much history and warmth. The staff were always very helpful and warm and made sure to accomodate any requests or questions we had. The location is great, the rooms are spacious and very clean and the breakfast provided a great start for the day. We traveled with our three year old daughter and they provided a cot in the room with very cute bedding and special cutlery for her at breakfast which was so nice of them.

A little noisy with the trains and pedestrian traffic. Having the windows fully closed helps. The "queen" bed was two twins pushed together, so there was a gap in the center.

Hotel Kugel is in a great area close to the Museum Quarter but also interesting neighbourhoods. It’s a small, family hotel and the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated.

the room was beautiful and clean, it has a massive bathroom, that was beautifully stocked with soaps, bathrobes, and body wash, the bedroom had a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. there was plenty of room and it was very comfortable. the breakfast was lovely and made individually. the staff couldn't have been more helpful, we would definitely stay again. the location was 10- 15 min walk from the main tourist attractions and 5 mins from the shopping. plenty of places to eat and drink within moments from the hotel

Nothing. If you're light sleeper tram stop might be a disadvantage, but it wasn't problem for us.

I definitely recommend. Personal of hotel was superpolite. They were always ready to help and give advice. They gave us many valuable information about shops and attractions. Room was very nice and cozy. It was cleaned everyday. Third day, we got also new towels and bedding. There were even three different types of pillows in bed. The room was warm, but since there was a fan, it wasn't such a problem. There was also possibility to make fast online check-in and check-out, that was easy to use. There is tram stop in front of the hotel, which takes you directly to the center in about 5 -10 minutes (in day / in night). There is also a metro stop, many restaurants and supermarket nearby (everything in range of approx. 5 minutes walk from hotel). For us, it will be definitely my choice no. 1 in next visit of Vienna. Everything looked exactly like on photos.

It didn’t bother us but there is no air-con so you should sleep with the windows open which may impact light slipped who are noise sensitive

Large amazing room with huge windows beautiful decor and extremely clean. Very pampering bathroom. Breakfast was really fresh and tasty with many options. Location is perfect in a lively neighborhood in the center with great restaurants and shops. Nice walk to old town and good transportation connections if you want to have a day trip out of town. Above all, Christina, the owner and manager was great, so nice and helpful. We are looking forward to return in December!
