The difference between the friendly and helpful reception staff and the unfriendly staff was drastic.

When I asked to use the sauna, they prepared it for me and I was able to relax and recover from my trip.

Booking got confused about including breakfast. Breakfast was nice but unwittingly cost me a lot of money so make sure you include it in the booking. It was the wrong side of the canal for tourist spots and cafes.

Room service tried to enter to the room in morning hours, even on our check-out date when it should be obvious that before iur check-out there's no need for servicing.

Warm food availability (in limited selection) in late hours in lobby coctail bar was a great surprise.

It’s not a luxury hotel, but prices are steep- 4 eur for small bottle of water and 24 eur for breakfast.

Good quiet place. Close to metro, food store, bakery. If you like walking, you can walk to the old town. We didn't buy breakfast.

We weren’t satisfied with the breakfast menu as there weren’t many vegetarian options. We would suggest you to include more of cooked vegetarian foods.

Very close to the city center, just one turn and straight to the old town. Also very close to the Prater amusement park, which is what we went there for 😀 The hotel was clean and comfy. Staff was nice. We arrived a bit earlier, but could store our baggade there. Loved the hotel from the outside too, so beautiful. And the street was very quiet, seemed like a decent neighbourhood to us 🙂 We did not choose to have breakfast there as there are so many cafes nearby we wanted to try. But did love that we could have our first cup of coffee in the room, using the water boiler and instant coffee provided by the hotel.

The room is too small for 4 people to move around. All rooms are connected by one balcony, so in the middle of the night you can see a man outside your window. Breakfast is average. The hotel looks a little worst than in the pictures.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. The bathroom is beautiful and modern.

The breakfast was incredibly expensive, so we were put off trying it. It may be life-changing though, so this is by no means a comment on the quality; this being Vienna, there is always a café or bakery nearby, so no big deal at all. The mini fridge was a touch warm for having cold drinks from. It was a very nice place at a great price, so the above can be taken with a pinch of salt.

The room was a good size, had a very big, comfortable bed and well equipped with all the things you need; kettle, fridge, desk, TV, bedside lights. Nice sized bathroom with big shower and a decent basin. Plenty of details like the magnifying mirror and a safe made it excellent. Everything was scrupulously clean. There was a sort of shared balcony that you can open the big windows on to and walk around. The staff were very kind, professional and helpful and the bar had excellent cocktails. The sauna was a rare treat for us and there was a little gym for the use of guests.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and willing to help with anything. The hotel bar is pleasant with a sufficient range of drinks and decent prices, they even had a happy hour when they regulate the prices of cocktails. Unfortunately, we did not use the hotel restaurant because we spent 99% of the time visiting the city center, city sights and other events that are located 10 minutes from the hotel on foot. We used a private garage from the hotel, so it was not necessary to use any kind of transportation to the city center. All recommendations!!!

We did not take breakfast because of the price. Maybe the price can be a bit lower or may have an options to select the foods that you want to eat and pay by the guests instead a fixed price!

The room was big enough for a family of 4 and the beds are great. The room was very clean. The towels are also exact unit which is not common in other hotels (we were 2 kids and 2 adults and everyone had own towel). And also the garage was very close and easy to access.

The room was small but everything in needed. The bathroom was clean and modern. Nothing bad to say. The breakfast was plenty, maybe a bit expensive, since a buffet breakfast is not really needed in my opinion.

The provided hair dryer kept shutting off wasn’t a big deal and we didn’t ask for it to be replaced. But if I had washed my hair during our stay this would’ve been an inconvenience. Housekeeping did not fully clean our room on the last night there…again not a big deal but we didn’t understand why only a partial clean was done (trash emptied and towels replaced.

This property is conveniently located to underground and within walking distance to main terminal and city center. Our room was clean and bed’s comfortable. The staff at reception was extremely friendly and offered suggestions on what to see during our stay. We were concerned about room facing street and being near to elevator but we had no problem with any noise during our stay.

This hotel does not have a reception, you have to go to reception Imlauer hotel on the opposite side. And you will need to ask for slippers, toosh pastes in the reception. They were not in the room. There were small hairs in the bathtub, I hope I will not see such a thing next time :)

The hotel is not very far from the city center, it is about 20 minutes by walk. There is a Billa market near the hotel. I liked the street of the hotel very much, it was not noisy. The room was big. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good :)
