This is a great, historical und unique Hotel, though with a weird design. You have all amenities you need, direct access to the thermal spa und great location in the center of Baden.

The staff—in particular the two women at reception when I checked in and checked out—went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. They upgraded me without my even requesting it, patiently explained the parking situation and use of the spa facilities, and one of them even let me use her parking space when there were no free spaces available.

I think for the price of the room parking should be included. And the room towels are probably due for replacement as rather old.

The quality and size of the room, the breakfast, the quirky decor and the location by the spa was all fantastic.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the price included admission to a spa next door (connected to the hotel via an enclosed passageway). The hotel is a very short walk to the Badener Bahn, a local train that takes you right to the center of Vienna. The staff was helpful. The place is a little quirky (in a good way), and includes a self serve bar that you pay for drinks via the honor system.

We had two rooms. A double superior and a junior suite. In the junior suite (room 317), I had to wait more than 5 minutes for the shower to get warm. Although the bathroom in the junior suite was very big, the bath tub was very narrow and unconfortable (and I am a small guy)

Breakfast was very good very continental breakfast buffet. Decor was very interesting plus there were games such as table football and pool. Best of all was the direct access to the thermapool facilities from the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower gel, shampoo and handwash in the bathroom had good smell, the body lotion was very smooth. At the reception you can buy them also, so we did. The breakfast had wide sortiment, we could choose from a lot of thing. Especially we liked the cheeses. We were searching for peace and silence and we found here. It is very comfortable that in bathrobe we could walk through to the thermebad. In the evenings we tried the games in the hotel, there are different board games, billiard, etc. The stuff was very kind and helpful. The furniture and decoration in the common places are really crazy-designed and funny!

The hotel is very difficult to find, no sighs.

very rich breakfast in a beautiful dinning room with high ceiling, like in a old ball room. Decoreted in old way the whole hotel. Very, very beautiful hotel, rooms,,.the hotel is conected with Romertherm with inside hall, just 300 steps. In this time and cold weather the room and the whole hotel was worm. Great bed and room.

Only complaint is the rain.

This was a fun, quirky, hotel with wonderful staff and an amazing breakfast. The pools, sulfur baths and spa are includes and you can rent an e-bike to easily tour the orchards and bike trails in the area. Walking distance to the center of Baden and the parks in the area. Beautiful area
