Although I think it has about 100 rooms. It felt much smaller. The lift came quickly, there never seemed to be too many people around. Quick service for a lovely freshly cooked breakfast of your choice. Lunch and dinner available plus nice bar area with a welcoming fireplace. Spacious rooms with wonderfully comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms with walk in showers.

Room wasn't cleaned day 4 of 5 day stay. Day 1 happy to keep towels to earn $5 at bar - small print on next stay. No discussion on check out if first day counted, and last day. Breakfast included was a little confusing as day 1 we could order any breakfast, day 2 kids could only order from kids menu (which adults ended up ordering from) - not a massive deal, but left a negative impression and didn't eat at restaurant again. Not that I found this written anywhere. Also muesli was very salty - son couldn't eat it. As he was diabetic had to order a piece of toast at $4+. Once again negative impression. Older kids taking over pool was annoying, but not sure what you can do about that (monitor guests vs non - guests)

The easy accessibility, the lobby was very pleasant very my colour palate and style, the staff member male was lovely and very helpful and it was a no fuss sign in and payment.

I loved the location there where fireworks on my first night so fun. Loved looking at the park but the four lane highway was very busy that's a city location for you.

I don't have anything negative to report. I would note that the hotel should probably update the towels in the bathrooms. They were a bit old and for such a small thing brought the standard down a little. Also, the elevator carpet really needed vacuuming, it certainly didn't get cleaned during our 3-day stay. Its a little thing, but brings the standard down.

I remember this hotel from many years ago, the recent renovation and branding is really good, simple, slightly art-deco, palm springs feel. The location is very good, easy walking distance into the city or tram, parking easily available and easy to get to. The room was generous, the bathroom clean, the view good, mostly quiet. The pool and poolside bar are relaxed and stylish.

Due to being an older building, noise travels which meant we could hear people wheeling suitcases and kids squealing etc. understandable as it’s a family holiday destination but just quite loud in our room.

We only stayed for 1 night so didn’t get to use the pool or other facilities.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel, it’s so convenient and easy access to venues. The room was lovely with super comfortable bed. Our breakfast was included in the price and we had delicious options to choose from. Staff lovely especially the lady who checked us in.

If you have a park view it can be noisy during peak hour if your not used to being in the city.

Good location for access to both north and south Adelaide. Safe easy parking. Comfy beds and good amenities. I like having the ability to go out onto the balcony and have a cup of tea in the morning watching the sunrise over the hills and the park. Great shower and water pressure.
