I felt the property was a bit run down; they were in the middle of renovations, but there were wear and tear marks in the bathroom, the kitchen, and the living room area of my room. One of the elevators broke during my stay. The other tenants / guests on the sixth floor were quite loud in the evenings, causing a ruckus in the hallways. There was not much soundproofing, so I could hear whenever someone was using the pool outside or moving around in the room above me. The fire doors were sometimes propped open with a door stopper or a cone, which was unsafe.

The location in Melbourne was great; it was right next to a tram line that ran into the CBD. The kitchen was well supplied with a pot, a pan, a chopping board, plates, bowls, and cutlery.

Fridge had funky smell, couch badly stained but grabbed blanket from cupboard to sit on it and it’s so old and uncomfortable 🤦🏻‍♀️ Toilet seat needs replacing Bed was nothing like the Booking.com pic Booking.com this was supposed to be a Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment…. Your marketing people do very well with pictures, extremely disappointed as l have been using Booking.com for a long time

The couch bed was too hard to sleep on comfortably, not big enough for an adult and three teenagers for two nights. Suitable for 2 adults and two small children and the room only one double bed and 2 single beds pushed together. Not enough bedding, towels and no face washers.

The location was good close to public transport and shops. The room was reasonably quite. The access to the building and garage was secure and safe.

The room was not at all like the photos, it was much worse in person. Our balcony door wouldn't latch, we waited over an hour for someone to come fix it while we waited to go out for dinner. The halls smelled and had trash in them, the lamps didn't have bulbs in the room. A place to sleep in a convenient location, nothing else.

Location is far the best quality of this place. The staff was very helpful, due that we had to change rooms because the first one we had, it was tiny. No way 3 people could be there on a 10 day trip. Also you could feel the strings from the sofa-bed. The second room was okay, still small but doable for a 3 ppl family. Beds were comfy and size of the kitchen good enough. So if you are going to rent an apart for 3, better to choose the 2 bedroom one.

The tv didn’t have streaming services, the bed sheets for old and outdated and a lot of dust was present. One elevator wasn’t working so took twice as long. Smelt of cigarettes the whole way through.

Room was on first floor, noisy from street, internet was intermittent, including mobile data.

It was close to everything we wanted to do! The car park was easily accessible. Staff were polite and accomodating.

How tiny everything was. The bedrooms, the shower. No where to hang towels for 3 people and with the room not being serviced everyday we had to leave the towels outside and ask for fresh ones

Had to chase xtra sugar and a tea towel. Considering there were seven people staying it could have been better set up .

Nothing like the internet sites on line. Still good location and cheap for 7 travellers to split cost.

The fact that the apartment is accessed by flight of stairs. This is not mentioned in the description. We had a near miss with our 4 year old falling down them. Also, photos of the room do not reflect what the room actually looks like. And accessing balcony is awkward as table and chairs right in the way of the sliding door.

State of room, was clean but with stains and age it felt worse. no lock on bathroom door, no ability to sweep or clean , being an apartment with kids would have been handy. No extra blankets or cushions in room. Lack of cooking appliances .mix matched glasses and mugs didn't make it feel professional outlet

The location is fantastic. Ability to walk to many iconic Melbourne attractions. The room had a good view of the Melbourne skyline. The street noise was quite minimal. I did like to option to open a window. Comfortable and cosy
