Perfect location, stunning ocean view

There was no spa and the pool was a bit cool for a heated pool. There was some construction noise and some type of odour like sewerage. The view from the main bedroom was to the hinterland rather than the ocean.

We liked the view (although partially obstructed by the new building) and the pool very much.

Being across the road from the beach and with a pool, we could have benefitted with some beach towels. Also some basics in the kitchen like salt/pepper, bottle of dishwashing liquid. Flying from interstate we did not have room to pack our own towels etc. We have stayed at a different apartment in the same complex which had an abundance of extras, so we were a little disappointed in that regard.

Fantastic location. wonderful views. A real wow factor when you first walk in. Whole building is well looked after and the apartment was very clean. Lovely swimming pool. Quick walk to restaurants etc. Staff at the premises very friendly and helpful.

The pool was out of use for the 5 days we stayed as we had two young children it was very disappointing.

Booking.com Kirra apartment showed sea view but was given ground floor with non Commented to relief manager but couldn’t provide Very disappointed with both booking.com and Kirra appartments

Overall very tired paintwork, dated bathrooms and very slow internet. Pool renovations did not interrupt as it rained, but still a shame room not discounted nor were we informed prior to booking being accepted - but that may be a Booking.com issue more so!

Well set out 3brm apartment furnished with everything a young or teenage family needed. Great view.

That the pool was being redone during our stay. I would have thought the months of October-December wouldn’t be a time to redo the pool and that this should’ve been done in winter months. We would’ve stayed elsewhere had I saw the message before checking in. Just something to note for future

Unit was tired and in need of a paint and new furniture. Dining room and patio chairs broken and uncomfortable to sit on. TV/Foxtel not of great quality and generic remote did not work well. Beds were ok, but the expectation when renting a sub penthouse is that main room would have a King bed.

Unit was located on 9th floor as we had booked the sub penthouse, we had stunning ocean views. Loved watching the whales from this awesome position. Unit was on the corner, giving airport views too, which was great to watch the planes. Large family kitchen, lounge, dining room. 3 good sized rooms for the family. Great location at Kirra Beach, easy walk to Coolangatta Beach. Lovely pool, pool area and BBQ facility. Managers were very helpful when on first day we discovered that fridge did not work and frying pans had passed their use by date.

The location is near to the airport which is good, however, it is not near to the Gold Coast town centre. It takes about 35 minutes drive to go and another 35 to come back. The train service only caters the town centre circle. Not to mention the bus which will takes you more than an hour to travel to. Therefore, renting a car is a must!

The apartment is cosy with all necessary household utilities. It has been cleaned and tidy before you move in. The lady chamberlain is helpful and knowledgeable on local needs. She also gave advises on local attractions which make your stay colourful. The environment is tranquil and you feel peaceful while walking along the beach front just about 100m away from the apartment.

It was just a bit too far from the cafes and coolangatta for a holiday place, particularly when the front entrance was closed due to works.

Very large balcony that captured a lot of sun. Bedroom had a great view. Apartment was exactly what you would be expect from a newish apartment block - Nothing amazing but very well appointed. Walked to the hotel from the airport!
