Gorgeous location, peaceful and cottage was well equipped, loved waking up to the cows mooing! Great facilities, pool, spa and fire pit. Robert and Karina were fabulous hosts. Would highly recommend Cottages to families and couples.

Clean and spacious, warm, great facilities, plenty of parking, and a light breakfast provided. Beautifully maintained gardens, very picturesque. Accommodated my request to park my caravan on the property for the day, that was very much appreciated. Thank you.

A selection of cottages set in beautiful surroundings, lots of wildlife and leisure facilities, swimming pool, tennis etc. Our cabin was well equiped for an enjoyable stay. We dined at the hotel and brewery just a few kilometres away and the food was excellent.

A very quaint and relaxing stay in Neerim. Minutes to and from trestle bridge, Nooj pub and trout farm. Love coming here for a little Melbourne staycation with the cutest pony hanging around for morning pets. Water pressure was great and rooms clean. Nice for R&R after a day out and about

Lovely little cottage in a very pretty location. Well equipped and loved the little details like muesli and milk for a simple breakfast. Very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Such a beautiful part of Victoria, loads of walks to do around this area and also the accommodation is well kitted out with things to do like tennis, spa, pool, games room. We love love loved our stay!

The owners were lovely people and very prompt when we had some trouble with the telly. The kitchen was stocked very well with tea, coffee, milk, cereal, Tim Tams etc! The bungalow was very clean and the shower was great! The heating was great and there were plenty of rugs, which meant we could sit out on the veranda early morning and dusk. Lots of bird life! Lovely spot.

The lawns are lovely and well maintained. It’s a very peaceful setting. Our daughter loved playing tennis and it was great that the racquets and balls are available. Games room is also fun for the kids. Quaint little cottages. Check in was a breeze.

The mattress in the main bedroom was a bit hard for a completely comfortable sleep, but you can't please all the people all of the time! My daughter had no complaints about the mattress in the second bedroom. Notification about the lack of wifi came a bit late, but perhaps I was too busy to pick up on this earlier and it didn't have a major impact on our stay as we had already arranged our activities and uploaded our reading material prior to our arrival.

There were ample plates and utensils available for self-catering cooking and tea and coffee-making. Decent sized fridge also available. Late checkout was available. Proximity to Winter and Summer passtimes for family is excellent. Also there's a general store, an excellent bakery and licensed cafe's and pubs close by in Neerim and Noojee. The view is absolutely spectacular! There's a beautiful country feel to the place with the cows lowing and the birds chirping and beautiful garden features abound. Switch off your phones and ipads and engage with the surroundings. Go back to basics and have family time around the table and gather in the kitchen to do the washing up together. Sit out on the verandah and take in the views with a cuppa or a drink!
