The breakfast was not good. Too basic for a resort, I think they should have a wide variety in the menu. I was not impressed

We requested a call to tell us when our room was ready, we were just flatly told check in time is 2.00pm! When we got there we had paid for a room with a pool view and had booked months ago, according to Booking.com there were still rooms available and we also messaged that we would like a room with a good view of the pool, when we got there our room only looked at the end of the kids pool when so many other rooms looked straight at the pool so we said we weren't happy, to move us, we waited 20 minutes for another key to be sent to us, this time the room was perfect, a pool view like we paid for, we then headed to the pool after losing an hour checking in, just as the pool bar closed because it is only open 12 to 3 so the next day we got there at 1 but this time the barman had to be off doing other stuff so we had to wait for half an hour to get a drink. We went to the restaurant that night and the same one barman was seating people, pouring drinks, taking meal orders, bringing meals out and clearing tables. This place is so under staffed it isn't funny, one guy doing everything, the two reception staff need to be reminded they are in the hospitality industry and learn to smile!

The facilities were amazing as was one staff member, I think his name was Matise. Should have rated this place 10 out of 10 instead of 7 out of 10 because it is so poorly run.

Our first room was obviously a mistake because it seemed that it needed some maintenance completed. That was fine we were given another room with a bath tub. Incovient but easily fixed. Although the plug for the bath was not the right size. So that was some mucking around to get it to work. The hot water took forever to work. The breakfast the next morning was disappointing. The forks were empty so we needed to ask. Only skim milk available. Not a lot of choices for a buffet breakfast. Maybe my expectations were higher because you are a resort in a tourism town.

There was a lot of mould everywhere, however the property have said this is being planned for removal later in the year. The room was very basic. Being at a resort you expected to feel somewhat spoilt, however the room had no special amenities or even decoration. It was just a bit underwhelming.

The pool was stunning and easy to get a chair. The staff were so helpful, youthful, friendly and lovely to deal with.

As pensioners of 70 we were disappointed to have to drag our bags up 6 flights of stairs Consideration should have been taken of our age. The room itself was great so we couldn't be bothered complaining once we were ensconced. A lift would be a good idea.

Breakfast was a little meh, and when booking thing like asking reception to book 2 guests in they only booked 1. Our bathroom sink also leaked and was a little dated but it did the job.

Only complaint would be the 10% surcharge they have on food and drinks purchases at weekends. Expect it on Public Holidays, but not on weekends.

Very uncomfortable beds. With breakfast we were disappointed. Online we got offered $17 per person for breakfast, but charged $20, hot food was cold and bacon impossible to chew. No pastries, not much choice overall. No pool towels, when we asked, they sent us to the reception, where they had none as well and no-one bothered to help .

Amazing pool area, there is a pool bar. We enjoyed table tennis as well. You can drive to the centre only minutes away or use the e-scooter. Our apartment was very roomy and nice and clean. There is parking outside with many spots available.

WIFI was non existent, as the room was quite a distance from reception and pool area, we recommend packing a lunch and good shoes, if you need anything from reception. The garden view room was an over grown pond/swamp, not very appealing to look at, insect repellent or riot gear is advisable if you want to sit outside. The curtains were broken, stained and dirty, maybe from someone spilling a drink running from insects. The couch swallowed you when you sat down, my knees ended up on my chin, in some circumstances this can be fun, but this time it was not at all comfortable. The bed was the same, we slept in a slightly upright position, great for my partners snoring but we both woke up sore and stiff, as we are not gymnasts. We didn't use the shower as we were still trying to stand in an upright position, but the toilet and basin were fine, for a person in a 90 degree angle. Some of the soft furnishings were having an identity crisis, lamp shades were broken and bulbs were were as bright as the nasa space station, not very lamp like. The resort needs a major face lift, not just a nip and tuck, for a 4 star resort we were disappointed, disjointed and exhausted. Maybe we had our expectations set to high or to low, still working that one out...
