To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaBeds shockingly hard as well as pillows/ didn’t sleep well Could do with a blanket winter as not everyone likes a heater on at night. I did get one from housekeeper next morning. Better instructions on TV remote. Had to ring reception who said many people had to do the same.

Within a 5 minute walk to southern cross station , and about the same to marvel stadium , so close to shopping and a nice quiet area, we loved the bed, so comfy. My wife and i have visited several times now and each time we have enjoyed our stay , keep up the great work guys and see you next time .

AustraliaThe beds were hard as rock and I couldn't sleep. There was a little bit of traffic noise especially from the trains but it wasn't too bad overall. The toilet could have had a bit more room especially for larger people.
Location was fantastic and was easy to walk to and from. The staff were so nice. The price of teh room was fantastic and would look at staying when we come back to Melbourne.

AustraliaThe shower floor looked dirty but it was just wearing away. The coffee pods didn’t get refilled for the stay so was only able to have 2 cups of coffee then had to go buy my own from the supermarket. Room service selection was lacking severely.
Location was decent, close and easy to get to Southern Cross Station as well as the trams on Collins St. Not much around the hotel itself and the area was secluded and felt sketchy at night but was alright. Would definitely stay again!
